Hello,
My mother owns a flat and she had made her daughter as nominee. Now mother wishes to gift the flat to her son..Is an NOC required from her daughter before doing the gift deed ? Will society insist on such an NOC during transfer of share certificate to the son?
Can there be problems of any kind if the NOC of daughter is not taken ?

third party is dispossessed in execution of ex parte decree , application under o 21 r 99 is filed. It is brought to the notice of court that decree is passed against deceased as also the suit itself was filed against dead person, yet court refused to set aside exparte decree and restore possession to third party. And framed issues about maintainability of application and about the right of the third party. How to convince court that since decree and suit itself is nullity question of right of third party in property need not be looked into. Possession should be restored and decree should be set aside.

M suspended on 2016 may but till now no revocation.. even they given me charge sheet after 5months from suspension. I have given many application but they haven't replied for those applications. And not yet they revocate my suapension.. so what I have to do pls help me

I have filed cases against higher society (High profiles authorities) in courts. Since I have all evidences against them and opposite parties depute some persons who threats and forces me to withdrew the cases. I have also written to police department but no action taken against them nor any reporter ready to write against them. Some senior person have guided me to write to PM, High Court and CM as I am common man and without any support. Writing to PM, High Court and CM would gain any fruitful output please suggest.

I work in am autonomous hospital in Delhi. I opted for an NOC to appear in an entrance exam to pursue MSc Nsg. but the hospital had issued an NOC stating that it will not grant any study leaves incase of selection. I want to ask can an autonomous body issue such an NOC? Can I challenge it? I list admission this year even after I cleared the entrance exam since the hospital refused for study leaves basis the noc.
