I would like to buy a plot on resale. But layout is not NATP & RL as it is layout of 1992 in Beltarodi, Nagpur, as per NIT Nagpur it is in residence zone but issue is that 7/12 is of name of society. Plot owner have his registry & tax receipt from gram panchat

An unregistered family documents can be used as a collateral evidence. Can i request my respected advocates to furnish some citations of the superior courts on the subject ?

Today I have got a call from lok Adalat claiming that they have got a case file for non payment of bill of 2100. Which they say can go up to 12000. Means how firstly I have to verify their claims. I have not got any kind of notice from any side. How can they prosecute me . The lawyer who talked with me over phone spoked very rudely . Don't know what to do . Please reply. Easily can they prosecute anyone without any defence from my side please help really

Hello sir, My name is shabrish kumar. My father is an govt employee worked in the library. He is a Librarian. On Dec 2010 my father was passed way, so I immediately applied for his job under compassionate ground on that day my age was 15 I'm studying 10th. I don't know the rules of the govt. After completing age 18 only can eligible to apply for job, I didn't know that, officers of library also didn't interpret me these rules, they accept my application. How can they accept my application?. At age of 18 again I applied for his job. Officers again accepted my application. After I finishing my degree (2016) I wrote petition to cmcell that I applied for my father's job on 2011 now I completed degree on 2016 still now I didn't get the job, pls take some action as soon as possible becoz my family is in financial problem, this is my petition. After the petition officers of library informing me that u had applied for job on at the age of 15 so we are not providing job to u, your application is rejected. I told them, I applied again 2 application at the age of 18 nd 21. They said these 2 application also rejected. I didn't know the reason. I said ok sir why you are not informed on that day when I applied for his job?? nd why you are accept my application??, you can reject my application immediately on that day but why you are not??why you are informing all those things after 6 yrs later nd after I wrote petition to cm?? It's not my fault.... So I want to know reason nd can I get my father's job??

A tenant forcefully accrue a room of landlord .
Using it as a godown for his business purpose.
Landlord has filed for eviction suit.
My question is
1)Can landlord file a separate money suit for this
room which was not mentioned in tenancy agreement ?

Sir I am going to write upsc mains exams in next week but in past I was working in a company and I have left that company because of some personal reason and I have broken the bond agreement with the company. The company has filled a civil case of money suit demanding me to pay some lakhs of rupees to company against me. Does this civil case will hamper my upsc post if I clear mains and go for interviews?

I would like to know whether in a RCS filed by me against a person fraudulently claiming that he has purchased my property worth over 20 lakhs for a meagre 4.00 lakhs I can be compelled by the court of Lower Division in Vasai to deposit the original documents I'm relying upon to prove my credentials. I've already submitted copies with the RCS suit and have requested the court to have the originals verified by a Court personnel and return the originals but the judge, at the instance of the opposition advocate does not agree with me. Considering the fraudulent conduct of the opposite claimant during the last few years I genuinely feel the documents can be either tampered with or even go
missing.
I understand the High Court at Bombay as well as the City Civil Court do not insist on the same and the same are to be produced during evidence or cross examination as the case may be.
