Eviction of Son from my self-acquired property

Sir, I am a Senior citizen 68 years old. My son who is a junior advocate is staying in my hose with his wife. After marriage he has changed his attitude towards parents. He & his wife refused to take any care of me & my wife. He has filed a false case against me asking for partition of my self-acquired house. I have clear title of the house. He also filed an injunction not to restrict me for doing any alienation. The injunction got rejected by the court. However in order court have allowed him to stay over the property till the dismissal of suit, considering the prima facie. We do not have challenged this order as advised by our lawyer. The proceedings are too slow in trial court. Since 3 years got passed, even issue is not framed yet in Main Suit. My son have only intention to delay the suit till my death, after which he will automatically get the right over the property. Over last 3 years my son & his wife regularly torcher us & asking us to vacate the house. We have informed the local police no. of times regarding the violence created by my son, but police is not taking any action.
Can I sell the house as the court have allowed him to stay over the property till the dismissal of the suit.
Can I go directly to High court & ask eviction of my son.
What kind of relief court may grant to me.
Please revert in case you need any more information.

Case papers

Respected Sirs
In a plot suit far way from my place lawyer hired by my co- defendant by my late poa , the lawyer has been passing on wrong information and what appears to be false threats of breach of contempt etc. I once went to court for copy my case papers but clerk dilly dallied. Now plaintiffs evidence is over I mustered the courage to ask my lawyer to provide me case papers and also offered to clear his fees but till date no reply. I wish to now plead my case my self as there is nothing much as evidence but only facts. Other lawyer will exploit or not ready to take up the case. I am going personally as defense has begun.
1). How to get copies of my case papers in case lawyer stymies my efforts
2). How to request honorable Judge to allow me to plead my case myself.

Summary suits

Dear Madam / Sir,

I have 2 queries about Summary Suits:

From the Plaintiff's point: If I am scheduled to get an ex-parte order from the Court, will I need to service Summons for Judgment to the opposite party?

From the Defendant's point: I want to accept liability but request the Court for waiving off the interest part. What should be my approach?

Second marriage

Hello Team,

My sister is a divorcee and now she is about to get married. So we have decided for a court marriage. But the person whom she is getting married has hired a lawyer for the formalities to be done. We have provided all the relevant documents but they say that the divorce decree is not helpful we need the original petition. And if we do not have this document then we can show the bride as unmarried. We are deeply concerned about this as when we have all the relevant documents then why should we opt for an false document. My main concern is that today we are there for her but what will happen in future if she is blamed for those false documents. Can you please help me with this?
