me and builder sign a decree, but buider not fulfill that decree, can i know how can i go court with decree and whats the process for it. also can guide me can there lawyer make delay to execute it. and can they go to jail or not.

My 6 months old vw polo got pick up problem. It has hardly ran for 3919 kms in 6 months. Immediately i went to authorised seflrvice centre.. Where they asked to leave car.. Upon my follow ups for 3 continuous days asking the cause for the problem i was told that due to my driving clutch plate has damaged. I have one more vw polo in my house which is 3 yrs old and never showed any problem with my driving On above all i am driving car from past 15 yrs and never faced any such problem. I also dont understand how come parts of such renowned brand may wear off in 6 months. When only person who is driving the car is me They are saying that said part is not cover under warranty But when i received their estimate along with clutch they also want to replace slave cylinder and sensor (which is covered under warranty but charging for the same from me) Its been around 15 days now.. And my numerous follow ups to service center to their customer support helpline, calls and mails.. No response on their part.. Now after so many follow ups one of the manager of service center told us that vw has denied but we will bear 50 percent of your bill amount. I am still not convinced how my brand new car broke when i am not new to cars.. And how parts can be so worn out in 6months 3000kms run. Vw has really harassed us mentally in last 15 days. What can i do in this regard?

I am the Petitioner in OS . IA (Ex party Decree Set side petition) which was filed by defendents Dismissed .Os Judgement is Ex party Decree. ( Here Ex party because they should not file Written Statement).In IA They do not explain why they did not submit to court written statement ,why dealy to file written statement , they do not give day wise explanation in the set side petition .they filed IA(set Side Petition) exactly on 180th day after judgement .They file vakalath in Os also .in this circumstances they can file revision, in which grounds.

i was married in december 2015, since then the relation between me and my husband started to become bad with time. he started misbehaving, doesnt talk, use to lock me in home while he was out for work, insulted my parents, keep forcing me to leave (by saying that you are not living according to me); i reported this at nearest police station in maharashtra
(where we lived and also his work place) and then i come back to my parents in chhattisgarh, from then he never came to take me.
after some time he Filed RCR SECTION 9 in madhya pradesh, (where his parents lives), i m attending every hearings, for which i have filed petition for SECTION 24, and SECTION 125; but he is refusing it by saying that his mother has cancer(in reality it is cured) and his all salary is expanded there. His father is in govt job and his mother has a business running well. i cant manage to go in every hearings, since it is costly and i feel insecure. Therefore, i want the transfer of RCR SECTION 9 which he has filed in MP, to CG.
Please Experts, tell me the procedure to transfer and what should i do for SECTION 24, and SECTION 125 as he is refusing for it.

A Landlord has a commercial shop rented to tenant.
He has two married daughter.
One married daughter husband wife both are unemployed.
Husband has a Auto (drive by driver) & some Bank Interest ( MIS & Bank Balance got from Father).
Daughter works for a Kinder Garden School , get Rs.1500/- per month.
Now if Landlord want to evict tenant , For his daughter wants to run
Jewellery shop .Tenant is rent defaulter also.
1)Will it be reasonable requirement for eviction of starting a Jewellery shop ?
2)As her husband has few other income & she works in a Kinder Garden School.
Will court allow to evict ?
3)A Married woman can do independent business , will court consider as a valid reasonable requirement ground ?

Sir,
i hv taken personal loan for my in-laws medical conditions from 2 banks before 4-5 yrs. But currently I am not working anywhere so I don't hv certain income source and I am unable to pay installment on time. So 1 bank gv me settlement amount ₹81000 in July 16, but tht also I m unable to pay on time, therefore I m paying it in small amounts and till now I paid₹63000, balance is ₹18000. Now the bank is saying, I hv paid only 23000₹ nd again I hv to pay another settlement amount. I hv a proposal letter of settlement amount &81000.
One more bank is harassing me, that one fir is launched in police station against me. And sec.132 is going to put and warrant also thy will send against me. I told abt my situation. They r nt giving me settlement amount, bank is saying pay all principal amount. This is nt possible for me.
Pls help me, as I m very much helpless.

Marriage
I am in relationship with my mother's mother's brother's son for 10 years now. We both are 28 years old.have tried to convince the family a lot but they are threatening of imprisonment if we marry each other.
Please help according to hindu marriage act my relationship is in sapinda relationship or is it under prohibited relationship. Can any lawyer provide a sapinda tree with my example.
