would like to bring your notice that I did have credit card unfortunately I lost my job and I was unable to make payment on that time but as of now I made settlement with the bank and made payment on banks terms and condition and eating for NOC. Furthermore i selected of sub inspector in police, my verification is about to come. Does it affect my police verification? Moreover when I checked my CIBIL I get to know that "suit filed and written off" is written in my civil report, what does that mean as well as does it affect my police verification.

Me, Harekrishna Jani and my brother Donald Jani, are joint owners of a flat in CO-Op hsng soc.
We had missed some payments and so there were outstanding arrears. All the outstanding arrears were paid off by myself and my brother over a period of time.
however, in the fresh bill that we received in January, (for the month of jan, feb, mar) he society has not taken into account one particular payment that my brother had made by NEFT,
When the bill was brought to us, we wrote a note on the bill itself requesting them to check according to details provided in the the note and make corrections and resend the bill to us..
However, after a month, which was past the due date period they sent us another bill, but without any corrections. showing the same missing amount as ourstanding arrear.
With elections coming up they are saying we wont be allowed to vote if the bill is not settled.
The society committee is being dissolved and elections being held because there were many complaints against their working.
The committee has shown such arrogance and have trivialized issues raised by us time and again.
Kindly advise

sir,
My friend died in 2010.He left behind his wife and two daughters.
He also has four married sisters and a married brother.
his mother is alive but his father expired in 2001.
The daughter in law is now seeking share in her in law's property.
1.one property is family/ancestral property(through husband's father)
2.The other one is a house acquired by her mother in law.
[The property was purchased by her mother in law in her name from a govt housing corporation in installments through finance support from her brothers and father which is registered in mother in law's name in 2008, 7 years after her husband's death(father in law's death occurred in 2001)]
sir, whether the daughter in law can get any share in,
(a) Share in her husbands ancestral property and what % of share?
(b) Share in her mother in law's property and what % of share
please advise.

Sir,
1. plot was purchased in 2010 with bank loan and registered with sub registrar champapet Hyderabad.
2. Finished constructing the house by taking proper permission en from gram panchayat and paid the required fees to get permission
3. Government declared the survy number 50 in jalapalle village in Ranga redistrict in Telanagana ( then in the combined state of Andhra Pradesh) as Kazri katta/lavani patta on 18-5-2012. under memo number 50834/Regn.1/A1/2010-6 dated 22-10-2011.. But it has come to our notice in 2014 when i was browsing for some record.
4. This memo has come in to force after i purchased my plot with loan and proper permissions.
5. Applied for LRS but rejected because HMDA asked me to get NOC for LRS from collector and collector is not giving noc
Now my question sir,
What is the validity time of MEMO
What is the effect of memo which was declared after i purchased my plot
can the government declared unilaterally as lavani patta with out proper notice to the village , mandal officers and sub registrar.
As i alone responsible for purchasing the plot no government officer is responsible.

Hi sir,
I did have credit card with sbi cards unfortunately I was unable to make to payment for its dues because I lost my job as well as I lost my father on that time period. But as of now I already made settlement with the bank and made the payments on his term and condition. My main question, I got selected for up police as SI. Does credit card default or settlement effect my police verification? One more thing I would like to clear that I did not receive any call and legal notice from bank between the time period and I confirmed with the bank about civil suit but they informed me that this information is not updated in his system. So what should I do in this situation my police verification is about to come. Please help.
The plaintiff filed a civil suit seeking partition on ancestral property excluding two legitimate legal heirs and suppressing the actual family details. The trial commenced and the plaintiff was cross examined. At this stage, can the plaintiff seek amendment to plaint and submit amended plaint to the court including the omitted legal heirs.

Sirs
I am repeating query as I could not hire new lawyer and dates are moving fast at crucial stage. I am defendant. I will keep it short.
I have breached status quo in title suit for plot under performance act , my lawyer hired by my late poa did not inform me of stay and not even when suit proceedings started and started defense. Halfway through plaintiffs came to know about breach defeating very purpose of suit. Plot sold by Mr to their sub tenants) Plaintiffs file contempt application u/O 39 rule 2 a
Stay was granted before suit came on board. Breach committed 6 years before application filed by plaintiffs in 2015. It has been two years / Till date I have not received notice / summons but may soon.
My lawyer did not file reply against contempt application and left as altercation took place over not informing of stay. He had informed my poa now late who is also named defendant.
My query is is not plaintiffs breach of status quo / contempt application barred by time limit as they brought the breach to court's notice after 6 years of actual contempt( I executed sale deed in favor of actual possessors / sub tenants of plaintiffs)

Encroachment of site in the name of lrs rules by another
Sir,
I have a site which is 2000 square yards as per sale deed, another person has 2000 square yards which is exactly back to my site, there was a passage of 15 feet, now he wants to get his land regularized.
Without my knowledge he encroached 25 feet into my site and created a road as his land can be regularized only if he has 40 feet road.
What can be done by me to reclaim my site which has been encroached.
