Dear SIr, We had a tenant eviction court case since 1991, Which ordered 3 months back, the order says as under
"The defendants directed to deliver the vacant and khas possession ouf the suit property to the plaintiffs within a period of 60 days from the date of this order failing which the plaintiffs will be at liberty to put the decree into execution according to law.'
The tenant have not handed over the premises to us but left the premises bare open, which is being risky for us. Please guide us the proper step in this case to take possession legally while the property is neither locked not handed over to us.

We stay in a duplex house . We own the first floor and the other party owns the ground floor . The people residing downstairs have blocked our water supply and not allowing us to access the water tank for repairs . The police is of no help as they refuse to take action and the lawyer we have consulted has said that it will take close to 15 days to resolve the issue .. but is there any immediate way our water supply is almost zero since one week and we have no source of water except mineral water bottles for drinking.

1. I am a defendant in a property dispute. The plaintiff made several prayers in a chamber summons. Out of these only two prayers were allowed and the chamber summons was disposed.
2. Prior to this chamber summons, the Registrar of the HC passed an order that the defendants should file their Written Statement within four weeks of the disposal of the chamber summons. Considering that only a few prayers have been accepted and the chamber summon has been disposed, should I file a WS from the date of this disposing?

Number of times summons has been issued to witness but he does not appear as neither the summons are received back to court served or otherwise. Judge does not issued bailable / non bailable warrant since summons not received back. Please suggest.

In a civil suit if the plaintiff has wronged the defendant such as trespassed on his property and also filed a civil suit about the same property, can the defendant make a prayer to the court to evict / restrain etc. the petitioner in his reply; or just because the defendant has not paid the 'court fee', this prayer will not be considered? In such a situation what should a defendant do to protect himself?

1. I am a defendant in a civil case regarding property of my father.
2. The petitioner is my sister, who took out a chamber summons, which had several prayers. Somehow my advocate was absent and the judge allowed her two prayers and disposed the chamber summons.
3. Earlier, the Registrar and Prothonotary passed and order that I should file a Written Statement (WS) within four weeks of the chamber summons being disposed off. So should I consider that I should file my WS, as the judge has 'disposed' of the chamber summons - albeit with part reliefs only.

Hello Everyone, Few months back I took money from Early Salary for 18k and paid back in timely manner then I took another loan for 36000 which is supposed to be paid back by month of jan in 3 EMI for 12800 each But Due to some personal reasons I was not able to make payment on time in Nov (21 Nov 2017) and Dec (21 Dec 2017). In the mean time my registered number was not working as I lost my phone. on December 26,2017 I made payment of 9500 as per my capabilities. Then In month of Jan and Feb due to tax deduction and all I was not able to pay money to them. A person from recovery company called by Mom, dad and I am not married yet but still they called my Fiances dad and mom and told them that I am not paying back there money and all which created hell of issues in my Marriage Then That person started using abusive language to my family members and started forcing them to pay money. In month of March I made payment twice once for 10K and then for 5K on 31st March. My family was answering his calls and made payment as well even then he called my coworkers in office and asked for my another number available. That person called me on 30th and ask me to pay rest of the amount and started harassing me after that I paid 5K and told him that there are 4 Bank holidays and I didn't received my salary as my salary date is 15 also my other family members will receive salary by 3rd so he started abusing me over the phone. He said he is going to call my other knows people and he will ask them to give me "Bhek" (the word he used) so that you can pay back money today as you and your family is not capable of paying that money. When I asked him not to do that and told I can not pay at any cost no matter what he will do. He Abused me said "Tu 5 Mint ruk aur dekh mein kya karta hu". Then he called my school friend and my Manager saying that I am not paying money to him and I run away and all that crap. Because of this stress and Trauma I lost my TSH Control and had to go and see the doctor. I want to file case against this person. Can somebody help or suggest something? Thank you

If session court has given a judgement in favor of my client and 3 months from the date of judgement has already passe; still the claim is not received... what shall be done by the client to make the order executable ??
