If a hospital has a team of surgeons and one of the team members who is monetarily benefitting from surgery but not an acti9ve participant in the surgery or operationn; is he liable of any punishment, if a case of medical negligence is put up in court that is Cnsumer forum or civil suit.

in many colony persons are incroched land of road as lown & use iran gerdil ,
many application given to corporation but the dont do anything ? can i do a civil case against persons who encroched land !

my society had given permission to put the airtel dish tv but after 3 months now they are asking to remove the same & also said that if you want you can put only tata sky. they have sent the notice to remove airtel.i have already spent about 8000 rs they are not refunding any money for removal.please suggest what should i do?

i am confused with answers received.
further,as a layman,i feel that one can fight a case at consumer courts within the frame work of consumer protection act only.anything beyond that doesnot comes under them.
as such a knowledge of consumer protection act and commonsense would be enough there.
i do agree that nothing would substitute the experience and knowledge of an experienced lawyer. It may all depend on the subject matter of the case.
Sill, i feel that the intention and purpose of the act was that anyone could represent his case at these forums with simple procedures.

Respected sir, I have to sale my old scooter(1985 Model)and Maruti van(1991 Model)in scrape, Now in the wake of recent happenings, I have a fear that vehicle can be used in kidnapping/murder or in other criminal activities. what should I take in writing from the scrapewala and what will be the value of stamp paper. Since name transferring in RTO is tough as well as cstly. Thanks to all.

Whether under a will the whole peoperty can be bequeathed in favour of executor?
Whether the benificiary and the executor of a will can be the same person?
Whether an Advocate can be appointed as an executor?

Under this act a case for partition of a only Dwelling House bequeathed to me by a unregisterd will of my father was been filed on me a only son of my parents whom I have lost in 1996. They hav chanllenged the will while probate and got succed.They were diriected as per 2005 amendment they are entiteled even though the case was pending in High court for more than Ten years.Now please guide me wht I hav to do. Ihav proved the genunies of the will by 4 witness but it was ignored

x and y purchased a property jointly. both are alive till today. there was an oral understanding between x and y that x should construct a house in half of the property and the remaining half is to be left to y and in order to have an ingress and egress a path way was left. it is an oral understanding. till today both x and y had cordial relations with each other. now there had some disputes between the sons of x and y. now x pleads that they had already partitioned the property equally and there is no pathway. there is no evidence, except oral, that the pathway was used for ingress and egress what should be done. x had some evidence that partition had made, not that it was equally. what should be done.
