Hello All,
Actually we had a case regarding a land. we took injunction order also.
we asked the surveyor to survey the land he said he cant do that when the case in court.
Is this true? or he is just telling due to political pressure what can we do regarding this?

Hello All,
We are four brothers and we had some land which comes after my father possession and we also had some grandfather property.
I wrote a deed that i don't have further rights on the JOINT property at that time it was like we all assume that it is on father's property but now they are showing this document and said that i don't have any right on my grandfather's property.
So can you please tell me do i have any chance as i didn't mention what land, means survey number.
So can I file a case regarding this or what? Please help me sir.

I have purchased sony lcd on 13 march 2009. the company give one year warranty. in warranty period in feb 2010 lcd was create some problem. i have file complain and company provide service . After this, warranty period expired on 12 march 2010, But same problem occured in june 2010.company says some part of lcd will be changed and ask me for payment of rs.10000. my opinion is if same problem arised after warranty period the foult been arosed in the warranty period the company is liable to replace such part on own cost. can i am right?

an order of temporary injunction has been passed in a civil suit. but subsequently certain alterations has been made in the subject-matter(land) in violation of the order. the person responsible for such alteration is not a party to the suit but is believed to be a acquaintance of the defendant (though no solid proof). can this person be made a party in the violation proceedings under Order 39 Rule 2A of CPC? Was the injunction order binding upon him?
Any similar case laws????

As a owner passion holder is right as per TP act u/s 53A part performance. He was repair the door of shop ,in between by force another person came to the shop and interfering the repairing job, he show that he is owner of shop and passion holder is tenet. As a landlord he file fir u/s 294 ,324,506B. second he file civil case for eviction on the basis of nuance. Criminal case decide and passion holder take right of self defence .
Civil case pending , we want to challenge that one matter of dispute is decided by court in criminal case the same matter again could not produce by way of civil case and one matter can not repeat for proceeding as per law.

Is there any change in the earlier settlement rule laid down by RBI for loan taken from a co-op bank? Can I have the exact guidelines/rules for such settlement bet'n the bank and the client?

Hello there,
My Friend's father has got 2 wives. His father, firstly married my friend's mother's elder sister. As they were not blessed with any baby initially, his father married my friends' mother. This way these 2 sisters are married to one man, i.e his father. This was happened in 1970s.
13 years back my friend's father and mother both have expired and his other mother (his mother's elder sister) is alive.
Can my friend approach court for getting his part of property that his father left.
Is he eligible for getting his father's property. His knowingly has written most of his properties on his both sons. i.e. my friend and his brother (son of the other mother).
Please help us. His living mother and brother both abused him and said they are not going to give him anything from his father's property.
