registration of rent lease deed

we have rented shop and rent agreement defines that rent lease deed registration charges will be shared equally beteen the tenant and the landlord.
After we had taken the possession and started the operation the landlord is not coming forward to register the rent lease deed and in fact sent a notice to vacate the shop.

1.pl inform me what action we can take.

2.Is it possible for us to buy the stamp papers ourselves and keep it with us blank to avoid any penalty from registrar office at a later date.

Lost copy of non-cognizable complaint

Respected experts,

I had filed a Non-cognizable complaint last year. But I lost the copy of the NC.

However I need to press the charges that I levied last year, but when I asked the police to have a look at the last years NC record with them, they said that they do not maintain last years NC book.

I would like to know as to how long is a copy of NC maintained by the Police.

L E suit in small cause court

What is a L.E.Suit?
When can it be filed an against whom?

Can it filed against someone who is staying at a residential premises for 50 years?
What are the damages that can be claimed?
Can it be filed by someone, who is not recognized as the owner in a cooperative society?\
Can it be filed by someone whose title is disputed in the High Court and the High Court has yet to decide if residential premises belongs to him. Also the society refuses to recognise him as the owner or associate member and has got court order in their favor.
