Dear Sir,
In service matter, If the CAT has initiated contempt Proceedings against the respondent employer and the Respondent has moved to the High Court during Contempt Proceedings which remanded back to the CAT
Mean while the respondent employer has terminated the services of the petitioner
If the petitioner filed the Special Leave Petition before the Supreme Court, whether there is any possibility that SLP will be admitted with Interim Relief?

(i) the trolley was not insured, and only the tractor was insured;
(2) rashness of tractor driver proved
(3) deceased was traveling on motor cycl... hit by tractor trolley...
Insurance company is liable or not....?
I urgently need Supreme Court judgmnts... i am on behalf of claiment... date fix tomarrow for final arguements.... thanks to all experts.....

does the non reply,non obligation or silence on the part of the defendant with in the stipulated time of 30 days after the receipt of the advocates notice of the plaintiffs side where stipulated time to act was mentioned as 30 days after the received of the notice, amounts to admission on the part of the defendant? please refer some cases

Dear Sir,
To prove rates of shares on respective dates, I have to produce on record a printout taken from nseindia.com, which is an authorised website of National Stock Exchange. The printout contains opening price, highest price, lowest price and closing price of a particular security of a particular company on a particular day. What should I exactly do so that no further proof will be necessary ?

Please guide,
I have filed CCC in the HC before division bench. The advocate has filed the case & got no also.Last 15 days its showing on net that its pending admission. Advocate was telling that there was compliance pending but now advocate says everything is over from our side still its not getting admitted. Can I get whats problem, as I am away from the place of HC. And how long it takes to get admitted. 1 year gets over on 22/12 from EP order & am worried weather if it gets over I may lose an opportunity for contempt .

Subject: Targeting my family intentionally by a relative, spreading false rumor to relatives, native place, everywhere.
I reside at Hyderabad with my family and one of my mother-side relative (female) intentionally targeting our family from past few years by spreading false rumor but we have ignored to avoid unnecessary mess as she is very vulgar person.
1. Last month we came to know about a rumor spread by her, made us shocked.
2. A group of people caught by police for preparing duplicate certificates and this was published in Eenadu newspaper (hyderabad city edition) in the month of September 2010, unfortunately among those people one-person name matches to some extent with my brother name.
3.That culprit name was "XYZ Reddy”, location yusufguda and my brother name is "XYZ Reddy", location Malakpet but there was no surname, age, father name, native- place but only name mentioned and even location differs.
4. By taking this as an advantage she have started spreading to my relatives and everyone that my brother got arrested and this has been published in news paper with photograph. It photograph itself proves it is not my brother but still she continued.
5. When we came to know about this issue...we started searching for her as she stays at village and aged about 50 years and have a habit of going to her daughter or grand-daughter house and finally we had a conversation on phone.
6. We asked her to prove the rumor, which is spreading, and had a serious conversation and finally she hanged the phone without giving the conclusion about the issue and not even disclosed her details from where she is talking.
7. Her intention is only to cause damage to our reputation in the society as we are in good status with enough financial background compared to her children whose is in low status.
8. Because we have ignored her previous false allegations to avoid unnecessary mess, made her to cross all the limits and targeting my innocent brother who is aged about 22 years studying LLB and that Relative is (the younger sister of my maternal grand mother).
We are thinking to collect evidence in the forms of videos where we can have a conversation regarding the mentioned issue and we already have that dated newspaper with us, which is the main evidence for us to prove my brother innocence. Now my point is can we give a complaint at Police station against her by all the evidences? Is there any way to proceed legally to teach her a lesson? Please do help Sir.

WE ARE HAVING PARTNERSHIP FIRM, MY FATHER JOINED THAT FIRM IN 1978 AND THAT FIRM WAS REGISTERED IN 1974 IN M.P BUT FATHER DID NOT KNEW ABOUT IT . AND IN 1992 HE REGISTERED SAME FIRM IN TAMILNADU. IN 2007 WE CAME TO KNOW THAT FIRM WAS REGISTERED IN 2 STATES OF INDIA. THAT TOO WAS DONE BY ERROR AND BY MISTAKE AS WE DID NOT KNEW THAT IT WAS REGISTERED BEFORE ALSO. NOW WE ARE FACING LITIGATION IN SOME LAND CASE. PLZ REPLY AND HELP ME THAT WE HAVE NOT DONE SOMETHING ILLEGAL. PLZ MAIL ME SOME CASE LAWS OR ANY ORDER OF HIGH COURT OR SUPREME COURT WHICH SAYS THAT REGISTRATION IN 2 STATES OF INDIA OF SAME FIRM IS NOT ILLEGAL. OR SAYS ACT DONE BY MISTAKE OR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE OF LAW AND JUSTICE IS PARDONABLE.

If complainaint do not place on record copies of Accounts book to prove any commercial transactions, whether same is fatal to case.
