I am presently working as AGM in a Public Sector Bank and have applied for the post of DGM(TMS) in Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. and successfully completed the written exam and interview. However, BSNL has not issued appointment orders and has stated that the Payscale in PSB is not matching with the DPE Payscale.
I want to file a WP against BSNL. I would like to know whether I need to file the WP in High Court, Delhi or CAT, Delhi.
I request you to please provide the information.

Respected experts,
Mine is a regular civil suit for injunction and damages, against the house owner staying above my flat for damage caused to the walls of my flat due to leakage from her flat. The matter is before Judicial Magistrate Junior Division.
I have got an Exparte ad interim injunction in my favor and also the opposite party has now appeared in the court, but the Defendant has not complied with the Exparte ad interim order, following which I have filed a contempt of court application.
The Defendant had raised a jurisdiction issue which has also been ordered in my favor with costs, however the defendant has failed to give me the costs ordered by the court.
1) Can I ask the Judicial magistrate Junior Division for police assistance to compel the flat owner to stop the leakage & comply with Injunction order ?
2) Does the Judicial Magistrate Junior Division have power to grant police assistance under the CPC ?

I have appeared on behalf of one defendant in a suit for specific performance and possession. I want to convey to the honorable court that the suit is barred by limitation.. under which provision of civil procedure code can i take such objection?? Is it ok if i file application under O VII Rule 11 of the CPC.?? (I'm yet to file written statement in the suit)...what is the limitation for filing of suit for specific performance and possession???

Dera Sir,
There is case for eviction in court.Land claims that room is loked and hence the tenet dose NOT stay there. He has submitted photos of Locked room to the court.all other docs are there with my friend.
How far court will take this argument as valid.

I have to file partition suit. I sent notice to other legal heirs. Now my sister also want to became as plaintiff in partition suit. Is it possible.whether there is any extra court fees needed for more than one plaintiff.

Hi all,
I am not a lawyer(I discontinued my 1st yr law course), but I want to appear in person to my case. I will submit application/I.A. in this situation stamp is must to affix in the application or not ? please explain me this rules are avalable in IPC or orders or rules?....
