We have filed suit to remove tresspassers from our premises in 1971.
We have not asked for any damages, charges from them for occupying the premises since last 40 years pending the final disposal of suit, in the plaint.
Suit is now in final hearing stage.
Is it now too late to ask for such damages/charges, or can we do so now.
Will the issues have to be re-drafted or is no issue necessary for claiming damages.

Dear All,
Greetings! i am expecting your advise on my court case issue.
my ex company has filed a special summary suit against me when i was working in Saudi Arabia. hence i had to leave my job and came to india to appear before the court. now after my appearance in court, plaintiff (my ex company) is not coming to court for further formalities from there side without which case can not start.
My problem is i have no job in india and want to go back to saudi or other guld countries for job. amount which plaintiff is claimed is huge and it is just beyond my capacity or me.
i am thinking to leave india for job and let them win case in my absentism. when i have nothing to pay them (which is a fact), why should i be afraid of? if i sit here idle i can not manage my expenses since there is no ther source for me of income.
can you guide me on this issue? if plaintiff wins a case, what court will do to recover money from me? whether i will get into serious legal probelms in future?
pl guide
many thanks
sir,
how to cancel the general power of attorney ,before expiry of terms and conditions

If counsel gives false statement on the behalf of the party and the court records the statement and passed the order
Kindly inform whether suit for causing perjury will be imposed on the party?

An order passed by a single bench judge of Bombay high court in a notice of motion in O.O.C.J. suit can be challenged by an Appeal before division bench or a Writ Petition.
