Sir
My mother has registered a will in coimbatore where she resides.. she has now passed away. Do we need to probate this will in the court of law? some are saying that the probate of will is applicable only for the cities of Chennai, calcutta, mumbai etc., it will not be appicable for Coimbatore.. Is it correct.

My late father has 4 sons. We 4 brothers are living together so far. Now are children are grown up and therefore we need extension of the house.
Do you advise that I should construct additional room first and then make partition OR we should first have demarcation of property/house and then construct the room?
I will be highly obliged if you kindly advise us.

sir,
my grand father had ancestral property (Hindu joint family property agricultural land). my father inherited said property through an registered Will executed by my grandfather in his favor. Will executed by my grandfather in order to exclude the share of his daughters.my father again execute an Will in favor of his son only, in order to exclude the share of his daughterfrom the above said property.
my question is that as being a daughter, whether I have any right in the said property as copasner or not. And said property whether consider as ancestral hindu joint familly property or not.
how to draft petition in a civil suit...?
my relatives had the ancestral property and self acquired property, they are living in joint family, father died then one of the son illegally partitioned the property and registered in his favour...then how to file civil suit...?
