father's share capital in P Ltd. co.

My father was fooled in to becoming a share holder in a P Ltd. co. floated by my two brothers with ulterior motives and had 40% stake in it. He died intestate in Jan. 1996 and the two brothers with criminal mind did not disclose this fact and the profit of the co. to other 3 legal heirs. Now we have found the proof from MCA website. Pl. advice how we can make them declare the whole accounts of this co. till his death and how his assets will be shared ? The paid up capital is 24lacs.

case should not be reinstated as it was withdrawn with the permission of the court, by fileing an affidavit requseting the withdrawal of the court !(any supreme court judgement in this regard will be of immense help, kindly refer any landmark judgement in the same regard....!
