A have been staying in a society since 17 yrs. now since last 2yrs my physical presence has reduced as my father who is staying in a near by sector not able to climb up here my most of stay is with him. However my Ration card Mtnl bills etc bear the same address. also I have not sublet nor paying any non occupency charges.and keep on going there on & off. Now they are not allowing me to park my vehicle inside stating that only members living in soc. can park it. Pl comment.

I am a Hindu belonging to Kerala. My father died intestate leaving behind ancestral property.mY SISTER IS MARRIED . aT THE TIME OF MARRIAGE SHE WAS GIVEN PROPERTIES WHICH WERE SELF ACQUIRED PROPERTIES OF MY FATHER.
nOW MY FATHER HAS PASSED AWAY LEAVING BEHIND MY MOTHER , MYSELF AND MY SISTER.
MY BROTHER IN LAW AND SISTER HAVE FORCEFULLY OCCUPIED MY FATHERS PROPERTY AND HAVE THREATENED MY MOTHER AND FORCED HER TO SIDE WITH THEM
SINCE IAM ALSO ENTITLED FOR A SHARE IN THE PROPERTY WHAT SHOULD BE MY COURSE OF ACTION ? DOES THE LIMITATION LAW HAS ANY RELEVANCE?

sir/madam this is raju from hyd...my father was a govt employee.who took a loan amount of 1.3 lakhs from canara bank in 2004..payment for the last installment iz 31 july 2007...and he retired from the service on 31 st july 2007.after he died in 2008 without paying the loan..and his subordinate given the witness for the loan we hve been getting the notices for the past 3 months regards to attend the court..in that notice they are not mentioned how much money has to be recovered....do they give any attachment to my mom pension?can u tell me wt z the exact peroid of time to pay d personal loan?after how many years they put d personal loan as bad debit...we r just living on d pension amount and we dont hve any assets &income sources....wt do u suggest me ? im not gtng a clear reply explain in clear

One property dispute is running on my property.
If i gift my disputed property to some one thru registry or registered gift sale deed...is it poosible that person can file any legal claim against me.
Pl suggest some thing...

Dear all expert,
in indian country all MP's, MLA's having constituency development fund, but they are not utilizing for people,so have any option is that to release his fund to onside (webside) any case law

That plaintiff filed suit against Grampanchyat in the year 2009 along with Temparary Injuction application under order 39 Rule 1,2 court granted injunction in Sept.2009. In the year 2010 Grampanchyat converted into Nagarpalica, obviously Nagarpalica become a party in Jan.2011 in place of Grampanchyat.
The Grampanchyat has not filed the appeal under order 43 Rule 1-R of C.P.C. But after 2 years delay the Nagarpalica filed appeal against Temparary Injunction. And show that the appeal filed within limitation from the date of knowledge 30 days Therefore the appeal is within limitation under Article of 116 of Limitation Act. In Limitation Act Article clearly shows that the 30 days limitaion is from the date of decee or order. Question :- What is the position of Law & how the effect of AIR 1961 S.C. Page No.1500 Please discuss with case law.

Respected sir,
I bought 30*40 site from one lady in the year 1999. At the time of
registratoon the document was signed by her only, since she told her
only son is still minor therefore sign was not required .Subsequently,
i bought adjoining site measuring 30*30 in the year 2000.This time the
registered document was signed by both (lady and son). The
house was constructed at the above mentioned site.
Now her 32yrs old son has filed the case stating that he has not
sold the above mentioned property in the court (his mother expired a
year ago).
Same problem is created by him for all the 19 site holders of same
survey number. Kindly, I request you to suggest to save the site and
hard earning money.

Jurisdiction of civil court
Hi friends, in one of the cases, I appear for Defendant...my query.....??
1.Whether the civil court has jurisdiction to entertain the matter of compensation arised out of motor vehicle accident?
2.Is it not appropriate to file MVC Case in small causes court, rather than filing OS in civil court?
3.What is my remedy? Should I be filing Application under order 7 rule 11 of cpc? If o under what grounds?
4. Please send me a format of the application if u have any
Brief Facts:
That one of the places dug-up for laying foundation for the pillars was at the junction of Bangalore – Bellary road and the same was left open without any barricade. That the Plaintiff was riding his motor cycle the said raod fell to the deeply dug pit at night and succumbed to injuries instantaneously. Now the Plaintiff files a case against the authorities for compensation.
