Property dispute

Respected sir,

I bought 30*40 site from one lady in the year 1999. At the time of
registratoon the document was signed by her only, since she told her
only son is still minor therefore sign was not required .Subsequently,
i bought adjoining site measuring 30*30 in the year 2000.This time the
registered document was signed by both (lady and son). The
house was constructed at the above mentioned site.
Now her 32yrs old son has filed the case stating that he has not
sold the above mentioned property in the court (his mother expired a
year ago).
Same problem is created by him for all the 19 site holders of same
survey number. Kindly, I request you to suggest to save the site and
hard earning money.

You have to indicate who was the owner of the plot which you purchased in the year 1999. Much will depend upon that.

without reading plaint i cannot suggest you because in your question it is not clear that how the title of property come in favoure of mother and son?what he said in plaint about his mother?what was the age of sson in 1999?
