Dear Sir, I want to lease out my residencial property to either family, corporates or bachlors/individuals. However for last 6 months, I could not get anybody except bachlors. At present I am jobless for last more than a year and do not have any other source of income. Due to which my monthly maintenance bills have been unpaid for quite some time. And I was the sole earner in the family. Under the circumstances, can I give the property on rent to bachlors. As per our society norms - this is not permitted. Please advise suitably.

One of friend was dismissed from Indian Air Force under, Habitual Offenders under Rule 15(2)(g)(ii) of the Air Force Rules, 1969,
Of the total he had four(04) red ink (red being more severe than the black)entries, all for the AWOL(absent without leave), all the entries being under same boss, and within the timespan of 1.8 years, for all the charges he was given physical punishment, even though in his last entry he was corporal(rank from which the punishment is documental),
idea is to challenge the last two charges as,
1. Punishment given for the last charge was physical one, which the rank of corporal enjoys avoiding,
2. Last but one, i.e. the third (03) charge was also of physical in nature, he willingly surrendered to the duty but the charge was filed as though he was apprended, here lies the point, he was apprended by his own boss during the working hours of the Indian Air Force, which is not possible as my friend was absent for 14 plus days and was out of the Indian Air Force permise, if he was apprended by his own boss then was he detailed for that duty(as seem from his branch of duty, it is evedent that the case is not such), if not was he not himself absent from the duty, if he was apprended in his office, then why didn't the militry police apprended him while entring the Indian Air Force,
Do you see any merit in this, please give your vauelabel comments,

I worked at Autonomous medical Institute on adhoc basis and I was denied regular appointment and therefore I filed the case before CAT which first allowed and then dismissed my petition when remanded by High Court.Therafter, they victimised me discontinued my services and then I filed the case before CAT in which I didn't get the relief but no order of reinstatement..I recieved the minutes of the standing finance committee held at Ministry of health in which the secretary of health has ststed that no adhoc employee shall be removed..I made my rpresentation to the health secretary for its disposal..Meanwhile I found that that errant Institute has offerd the post to some candidate without holding any interview and Filed the case before the CAT
I mean to say that the errant orrgnaisation has been flouting rules one by one and whether there is no checks and balances over it..where should one go in reagrds to irregularites and arbitrarily actions..Courts only settle the disputes which organisation body will take action against the arbitrarily acts of the administration??
Whether approaching before the Ministry of health will solve the riddle aginat the errant medical iNtitute working as Autonomous form??

Dear sir
I filed a suit for eviction against my tenant and won the case. The rent controller allowed the eviction of the tenant after 3 months from the order. The order was of october 2010. The Tenant filed an appeal in sessions. The case was argued but before the learned sessions judge could have ordred he was transfered. Since last 5 months the avocated for tenant come s and take an adjornemnt for 40-45 days. This he as done three times. Incidently the tenant has not stay from the sessions. I want to know
1. Can i file execution ?
2. Can i get a warrant of possession in the execution?
or what is the way form me from here ?

i have a plot of worth some crore.which i give on rent 4 months before. but tenant not come to live there for two months even giving two month rent in advance. but i feel something wrong so i said tenant to vacant the house .he is agree on giving 2 month time
after two months i received a phone call of neighbour who said your neighbour has escaped by taking appx 2 crore rupees of some people from Punjab by giving them wrong information that he is in embassy manager and he will provide them visa passport.and he give my house address on punjab news paper as his own home for cheating people.
now the my promblem is that he has gone without giving keys to me but he lives one door open not lock just simple kundi on door. at that night (one day before i received call from neighbour )when few people come from punjab open that gate on which just kundi not any lock.
when next day morning i go to see my house . one gate is open and some furniture of tenant is there.
and some of my plumber work tab are missing.
now i want to take occupy my house by proper safely and legaly way
how is it happen, i have lock that open door.
