Fraud of crore

sir
i have a plot of worth some crore.which i give on rent 4 months before. but tenant not come to live there for two months even giving two month rent in advance. but i feel something wrong so i said tenant to vacant the house .he is agree on giving 2 month time
after two months i received a phone call of neighbour who said your neighbour has escaped by taking appx 2 crore rupees of some people from Punjab by giving them wrong information that he is in embassy manager and he will provide them visa passport.and he give my house address on punjab news paper as his own home for cheating people.

now the my promblem is that he has gone without giving keys to me but he lives one door open not lock just simple kundi on door. at that night (one day before i received call from neighbour )when few people come from punjab open that gate on which just kundi not any lock.

when next day morning i go to see my house . one gate is open and some furniture of tenant is there.

and some of my plumber work tab are missing.

now i want to take occupy my house by proper safely and legaly way

how is it happen, i have lock that open door.

Report the matter to the police stating the whole event and desertion of your tenant without locking the house and also that you want to take possession in the presence of police with due panchnama, etc., of the available furniture, fixture and other material of the tenant for record of the police and your evidence to help the police. Otherwise, possibility of getting yourself also nabbed in money laudering case of your tenant can also not be overruled.

Is any rent agreement between yours? Am agree with expert's view, also you just issue a public notice on daily news paper through your advocate stating that your tenant was misused his tenancy rights also for false address. By this publication breaking your tenancy agreement. Etc.. I feel you can be safe hand reg your property.

Informing the Police about his wrongs take possession of your property and keep his furniture in safe custody.

you have stated that you have given premises on rent . have you entered into any agreement with the tenant? the agreement must be containing clause as to termination of agreement . issue notice fo termination of agreement at the adress mentioned for service of notice .
file police complaint as advised by other experts .

Make a compliant to local police station that the tenent makes illegal activitis in the said premises... as per the terms and conditon of rental agreement, if any give him a notice of eviction and take the property under your possession.

In nutshell you need to terminate the tenancy oral /or written and also to inform police that he has absconded without notice leaving his few furniture and doors of your house opened and has caused so and so damages to your property,get it published too and take over the possession of the house in your charge.
