Abatement orde-computation of 90 days

for computing of period of limitation with in 90 days, is it enough if the application is filed within 90 days or the court should have ordered to issue the notice to legal representative with in 90 days.
For example appliation is filed after 80 days of death, but notice is not sent within 90 days by court

effect,after abolishment of non-trading corporation act

Sir,
After the abolishment of Non-trading corporation Act, what is the effect,if the dispute between member and member and member and association? and can the said association demand transfer fee if the member purchase any plot or flat in such society which was registered under the said act? If YES, what is its legality ? and if any complaint against that association, who is the competent authority to file ?

Video evidence : procedure

In my earliar query opinions are ended on only first part. Threfore once again I'm putting second part of the query -

Some video recordings/footage, that are originaly stored on microchip/memory card. I want to produce it before court as an evidence for my two different cases- in first, I am defendant in a civil case which is in writen statement submission stage; in second, yet to be file by me for refunding money.

1. What are procedures/steps that should be follow to produce it before court.?

2. Regarding authenticity of video- is it necessary to attach expert opinion/ certificate of accuracy and temperlessness with memory card at the time of submission or it may be produce when opposition raises questions about authenticity or only when court ask/order for? What are proper ways/procrdures.

3. For certificate/ expert opinion memory card should be send to a forensic lab by myself or by court or by opposition? And, is the certification must be from a government agency or may be from any private lab.

5. Is it neccessary to produce the device (spy pen camera) by which video was recorded? Is only memory card without camera is not sufficient?

Rectification of deed

In deed of 1993 definite boundaries were shown but the land was unsurveyed.Then in 1997 distinct land on the other side of the village was measured and then rectification was done in the deed of 1993.This changed the location of land completely.This is in violation of sec.21 of the Registration Act.I will be obliged if any learned expert can provide me judgment that such a document become invalid.

New rent deed

one of my client expired. His son stepped int o their shoes and beacme legal heir. The deceased was having one shop on rent. The owner of shop , while drafting new rent deed ,argued that there will be no reference to the previous deed. I am of the opinion that impact of this clause will eliminate goodwill of the firm and can expel the legal heir at any time from the shop. Please clarify as to whether I am right or not with citation of case laws and section. I am student of C.A final.

Dob

My DOB is wrong in my passport,my actual DOB is 15/03/87 and in Passport is sated as 15/03/1989. My first passport was issued in 2003 at that time i was minor than at time of renewal in 2008 i apply again than i attached my SSC mark sheet with the form in that my DOB is 15/03/1987 and with this issue the passport not sawn the document they redirect my passport again with the wrong DOB i.e is 15/03/1989,so now please tell me how to change my DOB in passport i have already prepared a Affidavit with stamp of 10 sign by additional police comisioner is it enough or more document is needed.

Adverse possession

Sir,
My grand father allowed one of his
sister's son 'A' in our house for long time.
He sold the property to the neighbour 'B' without
our knowledge and died. 'A' has tax paid receipts too.
'B' is claiming adverse possession.
Please help me what shall I do for this
