Dear Expart,
Without annexing the document contaning the arbitral clause, can an application U/S -8 OF THE SAID ACT be entertained by the Court. Pl provide me any judgement on this point of the APEX COURT.

sir.,
we have purchased land of 300 sq.yards in a village as a open plot in the year 2005. after 7 years we noticed that the said plot is already sold to another person ( mine is 2nd registration) how we can procede for justice.
1) can we get substitute & equivalent value land if the cheater (sellar) having the land in another location.
2) if he is unable t provide alternates what is the punishment for his cheating.
3) As a victim what we get in this course.
Kindly advice through appropriate advice.

In hilly terrain ,a truck gave frequent hon behind my car and due to narrow & very sharp gradient, Side could not be given to Truck Dr. only for few time ( 20/30Seconds). He tried to overtake my car & in this he hit/run & mirror was broken with few crashes to car, BUT no injury to us.
In shock we could not know truck Number (but we will trace). T/Dr did it intentionally.
What actions can be taken against T/Dr (civil/ Criminal)

My immediate boss sanctioned leave & I availed, but I fell ill at outstation hence was under treatment of Govt Medical college there and reported my sickness followed by sick/fit certificates on resumption of my duty.My boss marked Absent for said period though I'm also an Officer in Central Govt. I appealed was not considered by Appellate/ Revisionary Auth, hence got relief from CAT who directed to consider my appeal as per rule and was considered by GM that my immediate boss should decide my application & finally leave was regularised.
Now my Q is
Can I file claim for damages for harassment by my immediate boss who ignored rule for sanction of leave& if so-how? & in which forum ?
Now my aim is to harass him thru Court case and claiming fine etc so that such incidences do not happen in future in deppt by anyone ?

suit is filed in the civil court. some disputed properties are there. out of the disputed properties some of the properties are owned by me but i'm not party to the said suit. i want to appear in the said suit as defendant. what is the procedure for making third party applications in the said suit?? under what provision of cpc am i suppose to make application in respect of the same?? reply awaited...

My client has executed a release deed in favor of his sister. Now both the parties have agreed to partition the said property.
1. Is it possible to cancel the executed release deed. If so let me know the procedure.
2. If it is not possible can a gift deed be executed by the sister, ie., 50% of the property to be gifted again favoring the brother.

sir can a notice send by advocate two times IN ONE MATTER and please also tell me that 1 st notice was recieve by respondent and then by the mistake of my sdvocate reciept{AD} was was lost he send 2nd notice and now he tell me taht we CANT FILE CASE ON NEW RECIEPT OUR CASE WAS LIE ON OUR FIST NOTICE PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT TO DO. Compensation from international carrier
Hi,
About 3 weeks back, i travelled via an International flight. The journey was 11 hours long.
I am strict hindu vegeterian, and so, a week before the flight, i had lodged request with the airlines for vegeterian meals to be in place.
usually the airline entertains personal choice, (as it did, when i went with the same, previously).
This time, when i boarded, i was told, that they had not taken down the request for vegeterian meals, and hence, had to starve on the 11 hour flight.
The airhostesses dint look very concerned as they were busy in entertaining other passengers. It was a horrfying troublesome journey.
Upon arrival, i wrote email to the airlines regarding their fault. In their first reply, they claimed, the mistake was on my side, and i had not booked meals. In subsequent emails and investigations, the airlines ACCEPTED their fault in written, that their officer failed to take down my preference, and hence the disappointment.
I then asked for a compensation, against causing me so much of trouble...literally starving me on an 11hour flight.
They appear absolutely indiffernet, and said, all their rules canallow them to, is to offer a 50usd voucher to be used for next travell.
It makes no sense, in getting compensation, that too so meagre, in form of a voucher, coz u cant be compelled to use their services once again.
I am really so pissed of by this airlines, claiming to be world` one of th ebest airways, for the kind of treatment they give inflight.
Kindly tell me, how may i proceed against this airlines? How can i take it to court of law?
Compensation to tune of what amount could be claimed for the harrasment ?
Note - The airline belongs to Hongkong, the ticket was purhcased from indian office. The Economy class return ticket`s cost was approximately 56000.
