suit is filed in the civil court. some disputed properties are there. out of the disputed properties some of the properties are owned by me but i'm not party to the said suit. i want to appear in the said suit as defendant. what is the procedure for making third party applications in the said suit?? under what provision of cpc am i suppose to make application in respect of the same?? reply awaited...

It is not a much complicated procedure.
You need to engage an advocate and get a petition under Order 1 Rule 10 of CPC filed in the said court.
If the court allows your prayer, you would be added a s a co defendant.

Under Order 1 Rule 10 of CPC you have to plead how your interests are going to be affected.
