If a Tehsildar is not in office due to official visit to another city. Than who is responsible for registration of documents in his office? As per law, if tehsildar is absent than any other officer can be in charge of him.
But in case, he is not in office due to official work for full day. Than what it be considered? ABSENT from office in simple law language or not?
Sir husband and wife have died in accident. Their two minor child are being brought up by uncle. In family only there are uncle, aunt, and grandmother.
LIC is asking succession certificate for payment of deceased's policy.
Who should apply whether Children's uncle or grandmother or children ?
If application is filed on behalf of minors, Whether before applying for succession, uncle should have legal guardianship of minor from court ?
What may be the shortcut way. Please suggest the easy way to claim the amount or to fix this amount in the name of minors.
Family is not in the position to run any policy ahead, but are ready for, if LIC is ready to fix or deposit this amount in the name of minors, whether it is possible?
dear Sirs,
I have a doubt . It is regarding registration of a document. Although, the registration Act mainly deals with the registration of documents connected with the transfer of immovable proprties, I have read that a document of any type can be reistered under this Act.The main reason for this is that , as per sec 18(f), " all other documents " can be registered !
And, as such, an agreement to marry can be registered ! I have also read that even a "FILM SCRIPT " can also be registered under this provision !
1. Can any body explain whether a registered " FILM SCRIPT " will have the same validity of a "FILM SCRIPT" having copy right ?
2. If so, how to prepare a document, seeking registration of a "FILM SCRIPT", as there will be only one party .( general guidlines is enough .)
thanking you sirs,

Sirs,
Kindly give your valuable answer to the following legal position.
1. In a proceedings under the provisions of Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950, one of the opponents filed the Written Statement which is taken on record and marked as Exhibits. Copy served to other side (Reporting Trustee)but the Reporting Trustee did not reply to the W.S. The Reporting Trustee led evience and the cross examination is also over. The arguments of R.T. is also over. The opponents did not lead evidence and did not step into the witness box because the contents of W.S. was not controverted by the R.T. Whether the W.S. can be relied upon by the opponent while arguing the matter as the same is Exhibited.

I live in an apartment in Chromepet, Chennai. We have flat owners association that consists of 60 houses. Recently, association office bearers has sent a circular that commercial vehicles should not enter our colony gate.
There are five blocks and i live in the last one from the entrance.
Some vehicle owners are parking the vehicle in the place available, generally without affecting vehicular movements.
I am also a flat owner. After an accidnt, I do not drive car ( but I can walk without problem). I am a frequent traveler and use generally taxi for my movements.
The new rule that is introduced (blocking the vehicles not owned by an inmate) is causing me lot of problems.
All the land is undivided property and the flats were not sold with dedicated car park. The new secretary, a state Govt. employee parks the vehicle given by the Govt to him within the colony area.
Is it proper for the association to deny entry for taxi / commercial vehicle hired by inmates / owners. Is it not a violation of right of a owner? Even if it is passed in GB, it is denying the right of a person (holder of common land, facilities).
Looking for experts to clarify. Thanks a lot in anticipation. - SVR
