Hi,
I have had posted my queries regarding filing a suit against an international carrier a few weeks ago, and was overwhelmed with responses respected lawyers in the forum gave.
With regards to same, I want to go ahead and file a complain against the airline at chennai Consumer Forum. I have been advised to proceed witht he help of a lawyer.
Can you please suggest me a lawyer, who might have an experience in handling similar kind of cases to go ahaed?

Sir,
I have filed a suite for declaration of self acquired property in my native place against my brother who has occupied that property illegally. He is diputing that property as a joint property and asking for share. The case has come to the stage of cross examination after a lapse of 4 and half years from the date of filling. The defendent lawer has taken 3 to 4 hearings for cross examination of me(petitioner). in between he is not attending the court since I am a government official i have to take leave for attending the court. The opposite lawer is just harasing me by just pulling my cross examination. How to avoide unneccesry postponement of the case from our side.Please guide us.

Dear Sir,
If any two parties i.e. X anf Y having dispute over some property and property is locked since case of ownership is in court.
If "X" is trying to trespass the disputed property and trying to take illegal possession. What "Z" will do now in court to stop illegal possession?
Is there any provision in law that "Z" can move a request to the court to seal the said disputed property till case is in process?
What action can be done against "X" if there is a proof of illegal trespassing by "X"

Dear sir, please advice me "whether a joint power of attorney holder could sign an agreement to develop a land as a single person or it is necessary to sign both of the power holders to execute the agreement where interest of both are involved"?

Interim in DV is awarded, inspite of lots of merits and evidences. The application is prima facie false. I want to know
1.How much time it will take if I will file petition in HC to set aside the order as well to quash the DV case.
2. Please let me know the same for Supreme court as well.

district consumer forum has decide one case in favaor of complainant and directed electricity company to pay compensation to
complainant .we filed appeal along with condonation of delay & Depositing 80000(compensation amount) against the order before Hon'ble state commission,meanwhile complainant filed contempt petition as per section 27 of consumer protection act before forum we have raised objection in contempt petition The forum revised the order and decline /denied to grant compensation to the complainant meanwhile Hon'ble state commission Rejected the condonation of delay Application My question is whether electricity company can ask for Refund of the compensation amount which is deposited in state commission while filing appeal? I resigned from my last organization Andhra Cements Limited-Visakhapatnam (Feb’2011,25th) without serving notice or Adjustment of One month Leave as per terms & conditions of my appointment letter.
During my tenure I was not paid salary for 09 month (July'2010 to Feb'2011) which made me to take the decision to leave them.
Now the company has following dues pending :-
Salary for 9 month (Net Taken Rs 24585 * 9 month = Rs 2.21 Lakh)
LTA for financial year April 2009 - March 2010 & April 2010 to Feb 25, 2011 (Pro-rat basis). Rs 31500/-
Business Promotion expense @ Rs 350/- month (Rs350 * 9month= 3150) & Medical Reimbursements for 9 month (Rs 767*9 month= Rs 6900/-) / PF / Gratuity (for the Complete Last 5 year of service) not reimbursements for more than 1 year.
Till now I've send them four reminders on mail as well but have not received any concrete reply.
I'll request if you can help me what are legal options available for me to recover my money.
What are legal options available if company declares them Bankrupt/or shuts down. The organization is a ltd. company.

IN A HINDU UNDIVIDED FAMILY, CAN A WIFE OF A DECEASED SON FILE A SUIT FOR PARTITION ( WHEN THE SON AND DAUGHTER OF DECEASED SON'S ARE ALIVE). PLEASE SUGGEST CASE LAW.

Dear Experts,
one of my client father died in 1993 when he was in duty of the VAO, and same time the deceased have 3 child at the time of died all are minor, (5,7,9 yearold) and deceased wife uneducated, after major the child asked for job for mercy. but all the reply stated that with in 3 years only claim job otherwise rejected, now how can claim job.
