Public path

Dear sir / madam,
(This is my friend problem, I have to help him). My friend home is a village.
One man occupying public walk pathway. Now he can’t able to go to home. If he wants to go to home, he has to go to another street way. But it is very far. VAO FMB map showing public pathway like this. But opposite party not allow walking. Because opposite party saying this is only my personal use pathway, anybody doesn’t come this way. Presently VAO saying this is a public pathway. Important matter is anybody doesn’t have deed. This all land is NATTHAM survey. My friend complaint to the consent police station, but they are saying this is civil matter. We can’t do anything like this.
Government record showing public pathway. VAO also saying public pathway. My friend cannot able to go to the court, because he is a wages and poor boy.
1. Now what we can do?
2. How we solve the problem?
3. Where we shall complaint?

Power of attorney

'A' executed a General Power of Attorney in 1994. Among other things GPA provides for doing all things relating to a piece of land(site)and says it will not be revoked/changed.An affidavit of 'A' is made together with GPA stating that an amount was received from the beneficiary of GPA (B) and an interest is created in fvr of B.In Feb 2004 the author of GPA(A) dies. In June 2004, the beneficiary (attorney holder)'B' sells the property (by a registerd sale deed) to his relative 'C'and in 2006 the said relative sells the property a third party(D) by registered sale deed.EC shows all the transactions till 2012. Since 2011, the legal heir of author of GPA (A)is disputing the sale deeds stating that they are executed after the death of the author. What is the legal remedy for the D as the GPA was irrevocable.

Documentation

Good evening learned members.
Sir In a recovery case, of a tender transaction. I wanted the defendant to submit the tender file papers before the Hon'ble court. Before i start my chief examination with my plaintiff beoz whn later the tender documents are asked for, thn it may b manipulated by the defendant.
Under such situation:
1. can i file a petition under CPC 151 for the call of tender documents to b submitted by the defendant before the Hon'ble court?

2. Or under CPC order 16 rule 6 ie,, summons to produce documents, i need to file a petition?
i am confused under which sec i need to submit the petition before the court, so i can compel the defendant to submit the tender file before the court.

4. In case after filing the petition the defendant fails to submit the tender file before the court. Wht steps can i take under law to compel the defendant to submit the documents.

5. And is thr any time limit for the defendant to submit the file before the court.
I request the learned members to guide me, so i can do justice to my client.
thank you.
