The person who have two wives doing Semi-Government job in the school and first wife has complained and requested to the school to dismiss the person. Whether two wives is a moral aptitude? Or the person can be dismissed on that base?

Sir i want to do two master degree together. one from distance mode and other one from regular. could you assure me that will these both degrees will remain valid if i show these degree in govt. job. In detail I have done my pgdca in year 2005 now then in this year 2012 i have taken admission in m.sc(cs)final year as a lateral entry distance modce student. now I want to do another master degree regularly. plz advice me.

i am interested to buy a flat which is located at nallasopara west,which was known as loadbarring or collector passing bldg,should i go for buying it?
i am afraid that some of person told me it is illegal construction made by builder,any time it can be distroyed by the goverment or court,
pls suggest me what i do,it is chiper than CIDCO bldg,i have minimum budget.

The advocate act provides that no advocate can practice without registration.
There is nothing about punishment who practice without registration.
what is the remedy in such cases.

I have applied for my father and mother passport in April 2010 to passport office Jaipur.
My mother's passport was issued but not for my father till now.
Passport office asked for birth certificate or school certificate with birth-date. As my father was born in year 1951, he didn't have birth certificate but somehow we managed to get his school certificate.
We found out that school certificate has different birth date instead of what we knew. But we had no other option except to submit school certificate to passport office.
Now passport office has asked for explanation about difference in date of birth.
As my family have moved to another state, I want to withdraw this passport application and apply again.
Can please tell me how to withdraw passport application?

A tenant (shop owner) named Mr.X accepts Mr.Y as his landlord and is paying rent for past 30 years as Mr. X was inducted as a tenant by Mr.Y 30 years ago.Now one Mr.Z claims himself to be the owner as he pleads that he has purchased the property from the sisters of Mr.Y and sisters of Mr.Y were the true owners as this property belonged to father of Mr.Y and this portion belongs to the said sisters in which his shop is situated and hence claims the rent.
My question is can Mr.X (tenant) file an interpleader suit against Mr.Y(landlord) and Mr.Z ?
Pls give case law if possible.

My colleague working in a Bank was suspended by scale -IV officer while the competent authority is scale VI officer . He moved to Allahabad High Court on the basis that the suspension was not passed by the competent authority, but High Court dismissed his application ordering that the scale IV officer was delegated power by scale VI officer while it true that delegated powers can not be delegated.The case was in double bench. 90 days from the order have been passed. Can he move for revision to Supreme Court now ? Or a PIL is permissible in this case as it is against the law ? What can be done in this matter ?

Can I make party (impled) to an illegal appointee of my office? This man has no minimum and basic qualification and he is working from 20 years. He also got two promotion.Please tell some Supreme court's judgments or citations.Can I also challange an appointment which was done by favouritism and records are not available. I have already impled above mentioned and have challange the next one in CAT Allahabad. The CAT's order was in my favour but this case is in Allahabad High Court in final stage. Please help accordingly/ citations ?Thank you for reply.

an exparte decree given by court because defendent neither filed written statement nor appeared in proceedings except putting in first appearance.can decree be set aside if so what conditions defendent has to fulfill.in case it isset aside will the case restart from beginning.
