The misconduct comes within the ambit of moral turpitude so gravest punishment of removal from servie may be awarded to such employee.

Your name suggests that you are a Muslim. If you are, marrying for the second time when your first wife is alive and without divorcing her, cannot be considered to be "moral turpitude" as your personal law is said to permit it. But the service rules might provide against bi- or poli-gamy and in that case you can be removed from service.
