Dear All,
I stay on rent in a Co-operative Housing Society as a tenant since 2007 (ie for more than 4 years).
Facts of the case -
1) I am the only tenant in the whole society and all the other flats are owner occupied.
2) The society frowns upon tenants and have harassed me since a long time (I understand that the previous tenants had also left due to society's harassment).
3) Harassment includes misbehaviour with family, visitors etc...
Ques) Recently my passport expired and the police requires the society letter (stating that I am staying since 2007). The society has orally refused to provide such a letter. They are not responding to my request letters written to them. Please let me know
a) how should I tackle the Society and what action can be taken against them? What the society is doing is just for harassment purposes.
b) Any ideas how to complete the police verification? (2 witness signatures and physical verification has already been done)

Land was purchased and registered on my name in 1984. Lay out was approved by Grampanchayath for house sites. After that one plot was sold. I informed Revenue authorities in 1988 stating on Affidavit that I purchased a land and requested to issue Pahani on my name. They issued Pahani with the name of Pattadar who sold land to me and down below of Pahani they mentioned my name and stated that they were issuing pahani Nakal to me. Does it mean that they have no objection to accept my title. Please clarify on legal point of view to interrupt the transaction. Why because In 2010 they said it is Govt., Assigned Land. I already filed a WP. Here I wanted to take strength of document of Pahani is acceptance of revenue which is final as they have not served any notice. After filing WP REVENUE SAID IT IS GOVT ASSIGNED LAND . Can it be challenged legally if so under which rule or section.

Under RTI ACT I approached Revenue authorities on land records details Including collector but they have not responded. I reported to Chief Commissioner. He issued a letter to authorities including me to inform the status of my application. Replying to that all revenue authorities concluded saying that Records not traceable in their office and applicant that is me applied with out file number. Again I reported saying that departmental file numbers not known to me the purchase details of my land ie survey number, and Pattadar name I already produced and it is the obligation of department to look for file numbers and I am no way concerned with file numbers hence my request furnishing information should be considered. This is because I purchased a land in 1984 and informed revenue authorities that I have purchased the property enclosing my sale deed copy in 1988. At that time they kept quiet and now they say it is govt assigned land if it so I requested to furnish details Under RTI . Because they are not submitting can it be (ie the land which I purchased) considered as a private Land, as the Revenue not producing record Please suggest.

1) I have paid Full consideration for my flat along with Sale Agreement itself. Does the SA expire at all if so when?
2) penalty clause in SA says 2% of total consideration in case of delay in execution of sale deed beyond 30/06/2009. Is this enforceable ?
Regards,
I am working in a Regional Rural Bank where one of my colleagues has been dismissed by an authority writing as disciplinary authority while in our service rule there is not any such authority(disciplinary authority). The service rule provides only "Competent Authority" to award any penalty. All the posts have been defined in service rule but there is not any disciplinary authority.I want to know whether it is appropriate reason/cause of action to proceed in the court of law without approaching to appellate authority or not because I think that there is a legal flaw.

My uncle had sent a summon asking for the 50 % share in the property. The summon documents were left at the door of our house and none of the document is signed by him. Also there is a family memorandum in which all of them have taken a equal amount of share from my grandmother some property and that was in lieu given to him instead of the 1/4th share what my uncle was suppose to get.
Currently I am not financial so strong to go for the court case. Can anyone of you guide me please and suggest as what needs to be done.

my friend is having a logistics firm. he provided his services to a company on three occasions. on one such occasion the company refused to pay the bill on the pretext that the vehicles were called and kept at the site but no transportation of goods were done so they are not liable to pay one of the bills whereas they orally consented to pay it. my friend has filed a summary suit. will my friend succeed?
