Dear Sir,
Greetings to all of you!!
I have two options here -
1. I can send reminder.
2. I can file direct Contempt of Court.
Now according to few learned advocated I can send reminder. My doubt is.. if the university did not declare the results after :
1. Mmultiple application with official college letter.
2. RTI process.. now matter with State Information Commission.
3. The governor order in October 2012.
4. The HC order.
A. Is providing reminders will not be only wastage of time , 99% the outcome will not be zero ?
B. What are rooms for university in case of contempt of court ? Whats are the chances that they will bound to declare the required results ?
C. How they can save them from legal proceedings against them ?
D. In the attached order, university lawyer submits no objection with the direction from HC. After this do they have room to put some explanation on the basis of legality of not to declared the asked results ?
Thanks & Regards.

My Client wants to dispose of his property in which his minor Son is Co-owner.
I learnt that for sale of minors property his father would have to declare himself as his guardian.
Hennce, I want to move an aplication under Sec. 10 of Gardians and Wards Act, 1890.
Please giude me about the procedure for the same as regards Jurisdiction, Court Fee Stamp, Contents in brief, approximate duration for disposals of the application etc.
Please guide me. Thanking you in anticipation.
Dear Experts,
One “A” filed a civil suit for declaration of title, injunction and for recovery of possession as against four defendants which includes my relative “B”.
All the defendants have contested the suit but unfortunately my relative “B” had failed to appear before the court of law and was set exparte and finally the court was passed a judgment and decree on merits as against all the defendants which include my relative “B”.
Though all the defendants have contested the suit but my relative “B” has failed to contest the suit even though he is having valid documents to disprove the plaintiff’ case.
Sir, my doubt is whether at this stage what can my relative “B” can do and how can he protect his possession since the court was passed a judgment and decree as against all the defendants for return back the possession to the plaintiff.
Kindly advise me, Sir.

I, as an owner of an apartment in an apartment complex in Bangalore, had installed an AC unit on the external wall of my apartment under the window sill (split unit) with the permission of MC of Association, due to health reasons. One of the apartment owner is objecting to the installation because it violates the provisions of Karnataka Apartment Ownership Act 1972, saying that my SBUA belongs to the common area of the Association, and as such I have to remove the AC unit as well as the ducting of the AC unit, which does not face any Road side.
What is my Legal status ?. Please answer.

Dear Sir,
There are couple of shops in our buidling premises which make noise throughout the day, some times late evenings and also on weekends. We as well as the shop owners are registered owners of our flats and shops respectively. The shop owners have flatly refused to stop the noise making workshops. We are in the midst of society formation the society should be registered with the co-operative body of maharashtra goverment within a month or two. Our query is which is the correct forum to lodge the complaint against the noisy workshops below our residential flats? also what are the norms regarding noise guidelines for residential zones. Pls advise. Regards.

Implementation of the decree of the high court as per the provision of the limitation Act.
The Gujarat high court awarded the judgment in the favor of one A in 1976 against B to register his name in mutation entry but he didn't. But now he wake up and given an application to Mamlatdar to register his name so is he barred by the Limitation Act.
And malmatdar is ready to register his name and he further said that what will be the issue against the judgment of the high court? so what defense could be taken against the Said mamlaltdar and the applicant.
We appear in the said case from the respondent.
