dear sir,
i intend to keep a few papers during cross examination so that i can effectively recall all the 47 eshibited docs i have produced.
i presume this can be done?
kindly also guide me how to reply in exact words if irrelevant questions are put , with an attempt to excite and anger me so that the cross examination is postponed.
i have never faced a cross exsamination but i am well up with all facts which are on my fingertips.
kindly enlighten sirs

Hello Sir,
I received notice from my suppliers’ lawyer demanding outstanding payments.
I did not pay him, because he stopped supply me without any notice and I lost my business.
What should I reply to notice?
And whom to reply?
Supplier or lawyer?

Bank given Auction Notice for Sale of Bank Car. I am the highest bidder & car alloted to me. After eight days bank tells me they had make valuation of car which is higher than i had bidded. Hence Car will not be alloted to me. What is the solution for me ?

dear sir,
the defendant aagainst whom i havve filed a case in del high court for posession of my property has moved an app for amendment of ws , one and a half years later, when all evidences have been filed and i am due for cross examination on april 18.
he has stated in the app that amendment is sought to 'raise a legal plea'
kindly explain what is meant by to ' raise a legal plea'. it makes no sense to me.
further no fresh docs are being produced or fresh pleadings , other than the old through mild changes in language.
my second query is:-
if his app for amendment is rejected if we oppose it, he will go for review.
will the app for review , when filed in case his ws amendment app is rejected, delay my trial which is at cross examination stage.
or will the trial continue as it is and the app for review be considered later?

i want place written arguments in civil appeal, can i insist the same before the court if the court don't want to make the part of the file, i know application along with written argument, spare copy for opp. party, cpc amended provision, plz let me know any other additional thing, citation etc.
