my client was forced to pay execess bill of electicity. now he wants to file a suit. my client paid the execessive bill ,that was tripple the averge bills under protest.kindly suggest what is the remedy for my client.

i filed the suceession case for my client and is now on final stage, but the properity dealers ask for the guardian certificate. she wants to sell her properity worth one crore . petitioner
( my client) have only 2 minor kids , can she sell the property on the basis of her sucession certificate. kindly suggest

Sir, I have query as regards to the consequences of a car-accident. While driving car a friend of mine met with an accident with a bike and as a result the one who rode the bike was seriously injured..so FIR was lodged against him.Actually, the victim was riding the bike on wrong side. So , what is the liability of the car-owner and the driver?Besides, if the driver is arrested, does that make him criminally liable? Does that mean the driver would be considered to have a criminal record? Further, can he be debarred from appearing in UPSC exam/applying for any govt. job in future/or can he face trouble while applying for further studies abroad or while applying for Visa, for the reason being he met with an accident and got arrested and court proceedings are going against him?

a civil suit is pending regarding right,title,interest,confirmation of possession.the civil court also ordered injunction against the defendant.then the defendant filled an mutation appeal against the plaintiff.is it possible?

what does it means" judgement pronounced decree sheet be prepared and file be consigned to record room" can defendent still request the same court to set aside the judgement.

in eviction case tenant didnot pay rent for 25months.moreso he made subletting. case filed he appeared and did not file w/s.defence struck after many adjournments and costs imposed. at time ofexparte evidence he made application for setting it aside. plaintiff agreed but defendent again absented on subsequent dates.exparte judgement given. can defendent has right to get judgement set aside by putting aan application

after having ex parte evidence court gave 5adjournments for orders. defendent or his counsel never appeared to cross plaintiff evidence or putforth his evidence to rebut.court gave exparte judgement.is this judgement can be setaside on application by defendent

Sir,
Hamari ek neighbour hai jo widow hai and they are financially very weak also. Unhone apni beti ki shadi last year kari thi. lekin unke beti ke sasural wale na to ladki ko uske mammi ke ghar jane dete hai aur na hi uske mammi ko ladki se milne dete hai. aur ladki ko bahut marte hai. Ab ladki ke sasural walo ne jabardasti ladki se blank paper par signature karwa liye aur usme ek complaint type ki likh diya ki meri mammi mera ghar todna chahti hai aur wo nahi chahti ki mai khush rahu. something like that... aur court ke thru ek notice ladki ki mammi ko bhej diya hai..... ab wo aunti bahut dari hui hai.... now she wants to ask that kya unke (aunti ke) against me koi karyawahi ho sakti hai,... ya unke upar koi problem to nahi ayegi ... please reply

Disability act
Sir,I have lost four fingers of my left foot in an accident,but my big toe is intact. I want to know how much physical disability it entails? I want to appear for IAS exam and UPSC demands 40% of disability to get benefits of PH category. I have seen certain documents available on net but they are too technical in nature to comprehend.
