pl. give me citation of a judgment passed about 2 years back on the validity of court fees stamps even after 6 months.

There is no need of Judgment since Act itself clear.

sir, i know but it was practice going on previously that after expiry of six months, courts were not allowing the advocates to affix stamps six months old. the judgment has also spoke the same thing that the Act is very much clear but it is needed to cite before a judge to show this judgment after vacation. so please help me.
