My Grand Father gets a registered GPA (Instead of Sale deed) during 1990`s from one Mr X and on that base he Mutated the property to his name and in the revenue records the ownership of the property shows my Grand Fa`s name and both my Grand Fa and the person who gave GPA in favour of my Grand Fa both are died and do I have right over the property.

My Father in law wrote a comprehensive will explaining all facts & circumstances and get it registered my sister in law absconded with a Muslim and get married about 10 year back, my father in law was not happy with this and he has mentioned this fact in his will also. my father in law passed away in 2010,after his demise my sister in law has filed a civil suit of parhetition claiming the Property as HUF property and claim that Removal of Cast Disability act permits her to share HUF property.

Sir,
Our apartments which are seven years old does not have a registered association.
Now, One of the apartment owner has built an illegal extention of their duplex house by encroaching into an area to which they do not have title.
Four of the apartment owners approached the High Court and the case is pending.
My question is whether the expenses incurred to fight the case is to be borne by the four owners who filed the case or should it be shared by other flat owners.

As per the hindu succession Act woman have equal right in ancestral property is ok.
Brother have a equal right on gold, silver jwellary or dowry given to sister at marriage time by father, grandfather or brother from out of ancetral property as well as own personal property/Income ?
Any judgement ?

I hv been married for last 3yrs n hv a son of 2yrs .Ever since my marriage I hv been mentally harassed by my wife n her family . I dont hv a mother n hv been brought up by my sisters , infact my marriage rituals n money for the marriage was spend by them even though they are married n well settled . My wife had a scissorian n for 2 months my sisters took care of her.None of her family members even bothered about her .But after she became fit n fine her mom especially instigated her against my family n she started quarrelling on pity issues like y my sisters call me up,y they came often to meet me etc.,She even started quarrelling with them n harassing them . After I came out from this trauma she kept on harrassing me n I became mentally upset. I quit my job as doctor advised me to stay in peace but my wife didn't support me. I went to my father in Assam n asked her to accompany me but she refused saying she didn't trust me.I brought my father n my widow bhabhi with her two daughters to Delhi as she promised to be good.She has even thrown them out of the house n blamed them of stealing her ornaments .I came to know from her neighbours that she had done all this to get rid of them. The ornaments are with her mother .I m very confused n upset . Now she has filed a harassment case against my sisters in the women cell n her family is supporting her .They are great liars n manipulate things which becomes difficult for me to prove .Please suggest me how do I come out from this mess .Sir, please guide me as soon as possible.

Situation:
If plaintiff asked for Stay order from HC on a writt petition for work of a Govt Office. And the HC has neither grant, nor refused the stay application after 5 hearings.
Problem:
The concerned Govt office is not processing work...merely verbally stating that the matter is in court.
Solution:???
In this situation, can beneficiary (also a defendant in writt) file another writt in same HC to force the Govt office for the work?
