Respected Members,

That X owned and possessed ancestral field property area about 10Acre, having Seven daughters. That in the year 2002 X had obtain the hand loan from the money lender of his village who had executed the sale deed in his favour about 3 Acre Land, but the entire land is in the possession of X.
It is submitted that the daughters had got knowledge about the sale deed recently when they obtained the 7/12 extracts.
Further the money lender had filed the suit for permanent injunction against the X ?
My query is whether the daughters can claim partition to X about entire property ?
Whether I can file separate suit like “SUIT FOR PARTITION, POSSESSION AND FOR CANCELLATION OF SALE DEED”?
Whether I can file an counter claim in the present suit in that suit I am not the party ?
Pls Guide

We have filed a writ petition in high court against our builder. The builder is at fault in many ways and is unwilling to appear for a hearing.
Our matter was listed for some date. Then one day before the date our case was dropped.
Another date was given a week later. This time also the same thing happened.
Is this normal, or is the builder playing mischief?
Thanking you

summons served. Defendent appeared through advocate and asked in writing for original documents for verification.Subsequently defendent did not appear. when court ordered exparte he appeared to ask for set aside of exparte to which court agree. Again defendent didnot appear and case decided exparte in plaintiff favour. can this decree be set aside within 30 days from date of decree or 30 days from date of knowledge. if it is from date of knowledge how date of knowledge will be determined.

Do any government forensic labs undertake signature& thump impression comparison for a fee, when it is applied by an individual for comparing disputed document with admitted document.
I need the expert report for appealing in supreme court
In our co-operative housing society in Mumbai, one member was misusing his residential flat for commercial purposes. The Society went to the co-operative court. The member readily admitted what he was doing was wrong. Consent terms were executed between the member and the Society, under which the member admitted that what he was doing was bad in law and that he will restore the flat for residential use. The court converted the same into an award. In compliance with the award the member discontinued commercial use of the flat. But after a few months he again started commercial use. The Society reported the matter to their lawyer. The lawyer advised the Society to make complaint to the Police. But the Police refused to act saying that it was a civil case. The Society has now filed a fresh case in the court.
My question is that if a person defies the award given by a court, is there no provision in law to quickly enforce the award. The Society has now again gone to the court. Suppose now the court gives an award in favaour of the Society, the member at first complies with the order but reverts to his old practice later, has the cycle to go on perpetually like this.
Dear Experts of the Forum,
My land is occupied by my neighbour for very long.Recently they sold some land, by putting his Survey number, and sold my land. All most same time i applied to AD Survey & Land Records,R.R.District, Govt of AP,for the demarcation of ( My Sy. No.)boundaries. They have shown me the boundary of my survey number, but my neighbour is not allowing me to fence my land.
Further this Sy.No. along with some other Sy.Nos., is in civil court for partition dispute( with my brother, and is pending in COURT), and is under injunction; Main(CASE) argument is yet to start.
what should i do in this situation, PLEASE guide me.
Thanking you ALL.
