Hi,
I wanted to file a case of Defamation against 2 women for defaming my character 6 years back during college and bringing me and my family into shame. They constantly spread false rumours about my character. Can you please provide me details on how I can go ahead with this issue. What kind of proof will I require for this ?
I am very keen on filing this against them and receive an apology as this has affected my fame even today among my classmates in school.
Thanks for the help in advance.
In U.P.eviction of public premises Act. A suit State V/S "A" was decided with finding that, ""premise is private and not a state property or land"", and the suit was dismissed.
Later on "A" sold the property to "B". Now there is the same suit under same Act against "B".
Resjudicata does not apply as parties are different in earlier suit and in later. Then which principle of jurisprudence/law applies here. Is there any case law.

i have filed execution of eviction orders as 2 month time given to tenant by court in its judgement to vacate is not honoured by tenant.judge has taken report from its staff that no stay is pending ag. execution in any of the courts. pl. guide whether court will summon tenant again before issuing warrant of possession.since tenant is not opening the letout place for the last 2yrs simply lock is put to harrass me. how the scrap lying in shop would be disposed of on breaking lock by ballif of the court.

Dear Experts,
We purchased a flat and as per the deal, builder provided 2 parking lots. one in the ground floor and one in the cellar.
Demarketed parking lots are also mentioned in the sale deed.
However the parking lot provided in the cellar is not approachable. He has provided 4 parking lots opposite to each other (between 4 pillers in the cellar) for 4 flats. But once 3 cars are kept, the 4th owner cannot turn his car to park or park it in the space provided.
So effectively whoever comes first (first 3 cars) can park and the 4th car does not have enough space to turn and park.
This is definitely not the issue of driving skills, because best of drivers have failed to do so. When we spoke to the builder he says nothing can be done about it now, after the allocation and sale.
We bought the flat at semi finished stage so the second parking lot was not yet marked then.
Kindly advice if we can take it up as a case against the builder in consumer court or what is the right way to take this up.
Also there is an association formed now, so can the association without involvement of builder take a decision to re allot the parking lot of affected party.
Regards

I had paid an advance amount for buying an property, but I have not able to pay the balance amount within the stipulated 3 years, therefore the property owner has filed a suit in the court for forfeiture of the advance amount and declaring the title of the property as his. CAN the advance amount be forfeited as per law if not paid within a time frame? should not the advance amount be returned? Now what is law stand of the property in question?
Unmarked documents
In a specific relief suit consisting of Plaintiff (private party) and two defendants both govt. departments. One of the defendant is set exparte and another has filed Written statement.
The stage of the suit is for cross exmination of the plaintiff, But Defendant 2 has not marked documents as contemplated in his Written Statement.
My query is whether D2 can cross exmaine the plaintiff based on his Written statement without marking of documents mentioned in his WS?.
In short can defendant cross examine plaintiff on unmarked documents?
Thanks in advance.
