We have a more than 100 years old structurally weak building without reinforcement steel support, constructed with ordinary stone foundation which has crossed its lifespan. The building is a shopping complex located at the heart of the city and the shopkeepers inside the building are refusing to vacate. How can we proceed to demolish the building?

i won a service matter case against punjab agricultural university ludhiana after a legal battle of 10 years in various courts including the apex court. the case 19069/2002 was referred by the apex court back to hon'ble punjab and haryana high court which decided on january 21st 2012 the case in my favor and ordered the respondent university to pay my pension and other dues accrued within six months from the date the order is received. the university received the order on 22nd february but is not paying my dues in spite of my written request and visits to the university. i have no money now to hire a good lawyer. i have written a letter to the hon'ble chief justice of punjab and haryana high court to ask the respondent university why it has not paid my dues. what are the chances that the hon'ble hogh court will come to my support. which other forum can come to my help?
Sir,
I failed in a civil suit in the court of civil judge junior division from which I am going to file appeal. Concerned civil clerk is saying that I have to file same court fee in appeal also, which has been paid in trial court.
Sir I couldn't get the reason, and couldn't find the provision. Plz mention if there is any provision regarding court fee in appeal.
Whether same law will apply, If I approach to further appeallate courts ?
may any one post the draft of applicantion/suit as indigent person
Hello All,
My question is with regards to jurisdiction of civil courts with respect to a private property.
If any wakf institute alleges that a specific property is a wakf property and tries to encroach upon based on oral gift,( interestingly the wakf is not listed in the wakf properties )and the property is in possession and enjoyment of third parties by way of partition decree. In the above context should I approach wakf tribunal for permanent injunction or for declaration of title?
Cant i file a suit in a civil court for permanent injunction. Is Sec 85 of Wakf Act absolute, Sec 5,6,7 clearly suggests only listed wakf properties should be dealt with tribunal?
Please suggest me the approach and clarify and suggest proposition of law. Greatly appreciate any help.
