Clarification regarding cheque bounce

Respected experts,
I sold left over steel after construction of my house to my relative, in return he given me a post dated cheque to that amount and due to close family relations, i haven't got his sign in on any paper in supporting the above given cheque. After submiting the cheque in the bank it got bounced and he is ignoring my repeated appeals.
My query is, is any supporting document required for filing case for cheque bounce and also advice me possible legal recourse so as to get my money back.
Thank you.

Reply to legal notice ....

A tenent has received a Legal Notice for increase in rent from his landlord in New Delhi which states about increase in rent for the period commencing after 30 days hereof.

A has some reservations against the increase of rent as it is not as per the Rent Deed.

The date to pay the rent is still 15 days away yet.

1.If the tenent does not replies to such a notice and pay as per the Rent Agreement will it be some sort of admission on the part of the tenent on the increase of rent.
2. Can the tenent still reply to such a notice as 30 days have passed to receiving of such a notice.
3. As per the Law Is there some time limit to to give reply to any Legal Notice .

Thanks ...

Agreement to sell ....

A is buying a house in New Delhi for a certain amount. He makes an advance payment for the house with condition that he will make balance payment in 3 installments and final payment during the time when Reg. sale Deed will be executed before the Registrar.

The buyer and seller execute the following documents -
a) Agreement to Sell giving details of the Sale Consideration and the Payment details.
b)Receipt which gives details regarding the advance payment received.

These documents were not registered before the Registrar and no stamp duty was paid except they were made on Rs.100/- Stamp paper.

1. What is the validity of these documents as advance payment for the property.

2. If there is any kind of misunderstanding between the seller and the purchaser. can the purchaser enforce the sale of the property to him in the court of law or these documents wont be applicable as no stamp duty was paid on them .

Thanks ...

Poa registration laws in gujarat regarding sale of land

I am looking for some particular information regarding validity of property transfer using Power of attorney in the state of Gujarat:

Important info:

POAs signed abroad on Indian stamp paper in the presence of a foreign notary in 2000

POAs signed by a Gujarat notary in 2007 in state of Gujarat in a district other than where the property is located.

First Sale actually took place in 2001 and a second time sale of property with transfer of physical possession was in 2007, this sale was never reigstered.

Questions:
- is POA registration compulsory in state of Gujarat when used for sale and transfer of immovable property during the years noted.

- If it is compulsory, is there a time limit by which they have to be registered from the date they were signed?

- What constitutes a "registered" POA in the state of Gujarat? i.e. Does it have to be registered with a sub-registrar in order for it to considered legally registered in Gujarat, or is notarization in the state of Gujarat sufficient even if not notarized in the same district as where the property is located?
- If notarization is an acceptable form of registration in state of Gujarat, can you please provide a legal citation as to where I can obtain this information in writing online that would be recognized in a court of law in Gujarat?

Thank you for your time.
