To
All the Learned Counsels,
Sir,
Our company bought some piece of land which is sold by the Legal Heirs of Joint Family Heads consist of 4 People's. The purchased land is allotted by government under Tamil Nadu Minor Inams (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1963. Now one of the legal heir is opposing against us and filed a complaint with RDO in Revenue Divisional Office, Tamilnadu.
From our side we have appeared before RDO & given our statement.
My Question is shall we get a copy of Information using RTI (that the opposite party's written statement filed in the enquiry before RDO).
And Ryotwari Act - land is saleable or not by the landlord to others.
While on equired with some people, they told us that according to Tamil Nadu Minor Inams (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1963 the land can be enjoyed by the landlord and not to be sold..
PLEASE provide a clear statement regarding this issue, whether we can approach through RTI for getting a certified copy of the statement from RDO office & we are eligible for purchase or not the above said land.
Thanks in Advance.
Regards,

Dear Sir,
1. I am serving in Indian Navy(Armed forces) and presently posted at Tamil Nadu.I have purchased a house at Aligarh District in uttar pradesh from my maternal uncle on 26 oct 2006 and sale deed was executed.my uncle asked to stay in the same house for some period of time, as he is my uncle so i allowed to stay there.after a long time he has not vacate the house repeatedly telling.
2. I was shocked on Apr 12 when i got the summon from session court regarding aforesaid property.than i investigate the matter and found that my uncle again executed the sale deed to his wife's name on dec 2011 and she has filed the case against me regarding aforesaid property.
3. Now i m defending the case.I want to know the followings:-
(a) i want to file a case of forgery and unauthorized capture of house.when i have given application to concern police station ,they have not lodged my FIR saying that High Court Ruling says if any case is in court other case can not be file of the same property rather it is criminal or civil.is it? plz provide me the copy...
(b) As i told i am in Defence forces so it is very difficult to monitor and attend the dates due to limited leave and case filed in Aligarh,UP and i am posted in Tamil Nadu.so case can be transfer to near my service station .if possible tell me the producer.

My question is
1] Is there any time limit to the civil court (lower court ) to pass the judgement within prescribed time?
2)If one person is litigated falsely in the court, how much time he has to spend until the final decision of supreme court? Assume that opponent goes into appeal every decision passed by the court?
I want just approximate years which a person have to spend during court procedure.
Respected Experts,
One Co-operative Housing Society is a party Respondent in First Appeal and the matter is of dispute of land ownership.Appeal was admitted and pending.Pending the Appeal the Society executes Power of Attorney in favour of the Developer in order to redevelop land and for reconstruction of building of Society. The Society (Principal) has given power to file suits, proceedings, civil Applications before Hon'ble Courts to the Developer. Thereafter the Society itself files Civil Application before Hon'ble Court suppressing execution of POA and obtains order in consent minutes from all the parties in First Appeal. The POA Developer then submits such order of consent minutes to the corporation and obtains Commencement Certificate.
My query is whether the said Society has any Power to file Civil Application in pending matter before the Hon'ble High Court even after it itself has already had given Power to developer to file legal proceedings before Hon'ble Court? Can obtaining such order in Civil Application be treated as fraud and liable to be declare as null and void?
Please kindly resolve this query as this fact is true and happened without my knowledge from which I am suffering badly.
