Can brothers entitle for a share self acquired properties? The logic given is father gave you the
education and hence you acquired those properties.
And also they were purchased before family was divided, which happened in 2000. Therefore, we are entitled for the shares.
(2) Also, if I leave my property in the possession of my brother for
longer time, will there be problems in future.
I request for your comments or advises on these issues.

Respected Members,
Kindly help, what if the pleader for plaintiff is made witness to the money suit by the defence pleader?
Because, in the instant money suit by the wife; the husband pleads for his own wife, who is witness to the money transaction done.
Is there any restriction on the plaintiff pleader by way of Advocate Act/professional ethics, CPC Rules or any other relevant law?
Any suggestion by any learned Members?

I have lodged complaint with TRAi , They have directed me to this answer, Kindly advise What way I can enforce TRAI norms legally ,
The TRAI Act, 1997 does not envisage handling of individual consumer complaints by TRAI. As per the Telecom Consumers Protection and Redressal of Grievances Regulations, 2007, in case a consumer has a complaint, the first step is to register the complaint at the toll free Call Centre number of the service provider and obtain a docket number, confirming registration of the complain

Respected Experts,
This matter happened in the property where I am residing. In Appeal before Hon'ble High Court one Civil Application was filed by one of the Respondent and finally consent minutes were shown to be filed and the Hon'ble Justice has passed order to the consent minutes after one month wherein the minutes were "X" marked.
Starting point of the said consent minutes are in brief as per following:
Shri X Advocate for Appellant
Shri Y Advocate for....
Shri Z Advocate for...
Coram: Justice name J
Date: _____January 2007(No day shown)
1.Rule, heard parties by consent.
2....
3....
...
10....this order will not prejudice to the right and contentions of the parties in respect of the remaining suit properties if any.
these minutes were signed by the Advocates and some of the parties(not all) but no signature of the Justice though the Rule was passed and heard by the Justice to the parties by consent. This minutes are itself an order of the Hon'ble Justice without day of the order blank. On 2nd February the same Learned Justice passed order to the earlier order which shown to be consent minutes and marked as "X"
Kindly inform me whether the above thing is possible under Rules of Hon'ble Mumbai High Court where the Learned Justice passed order in respect of order in consent minutes?
