where the site measuting 15*40 which is to be transferred from owner(since 31 years) to daughter.
what will be the charges for this.

Dear sir,
I have filed a case in year 2010 and case was closed in year 2011 as my advocate didnt appear for 3 hearings and after that he said tht he will reopen the case and since 2011 it is in pending admission status.
now my question is tht i want to lodge complaint against my advocate in consumer court for cheating and i have heard tht i can file it only within 2 years from court order .
So i wanted to know can i change the advocate now and file case against him or wait till the case reopens and to lodge complaint i m left with only 15 days.
Pls advice

Dear sir,
I see lot too many chawls being constructed in adivasi land in Palghar taluka, kelevel road, zanzroli village and around. I am sure this is illegal, how can i find it and if this is ilegal how can we stop this.

My Power of Attorney is made in June 2011 in Uttar Pradesh, can it be registered in current date.
If it can be registered in current date, it would be valid for Sale of Property.
Please help.

Plaintiff filed a suit for easementry rights, wherein he filed an IA to stop construction on the suit property which was came to be dismissed. Again he filed Misc Appeal against the order on IA and also filed an application U/o 39 R 1 and 2. My question is that, in an appellate stage and in order to decide on IA pending before the appellate court, whether the appellate court can appoint a court commissioner for the inspection of the suit property on the application ?

Dear Sir,
My friend gave me six cheques under a settlement and I have deposited in Bank.
Due to insufficient fund, all cheques has been bounced on 06.02.2013.
Due to strike in Court, Notice could not be sent to Defendant.
Can it be sent after 30 days from the date of Bounced, if strike is continue.
please help.

Hello All,
I was remanded 2years ago in the case of my sister's husband suicide. Later I was released under bail. Now it has been 2 years but I didnt receive any hearing from the court.
My question is
1.Will it be a problem for my Carrer or future? I am currently working in private sector.
2. Am I not supposed to work without knowing to my police station with whom the case is pending?

my grandfather Late kenchappa,had 3 sons,1)Hanumappa, 2)Ramappa, 3)Nagappa,past from 40yrs nagappa is tilling and enjoying the crops of 6acers,with so many requests by hanumappa&ramappa to give back our part of our land 2acers each ,nagappa is not ready,now 9months back hunumappa&ramappa filed a partition suite,nagappa not kept any lawyers.my request is that can ramappa&hunmappa will get their 2acers&2 acers of land to get some crops in which they will get money for their health expenses,both of them r aged about 78yrs and nagappa is 75yrs,untill the court give final judgment,on basis of heath condation,and age,time being will they get nacers of land,THE WHOLE LAND IS INT HE NAME OF HANUMAPPA,KINDLY ADVISE WHAT BEST WE CAN DO.

i have my own house which is i purchase in my name, i m leaving in it since i purchace it in 1991 , in year 2010 my realitve like my son's brother in law and his wife[sister in law] make my ownership house forgery sale deed which is in their name and also make rent agreement of the same date same my ownership house, and file a HRP suit against my son who is leaving with me in my house since 1991, for get vacate possession of the my house, in that HRP SUIT they not join me as party although i m in the possession and real and actual owner of the property, now the HRP suit mater is on evidence stage and during this I file a suit for declartion and cancellation sale deed which is made forgerely, i also apply for a panchnama and cort commisssion and it is done compelete by the commissiosner, my query is that the HRP suit is now in judgement stage, and my suti is now in begening stage, I am now, as witness in hrp suit that not sale my flat, and i m real possesseor of the disputed suit property, now i can give application of under cpc sec 10, in the hrp suit as interested person of the suit property? as a third party but real and actual possessor of the suit property i can apply us cpc 10 in that court?
