Dv act interim order

The interim order says, Respondent 1 is prohibited from alienating the house, or creating any third party interest !

My ques is
(1) It is a joint property where Respondent 2 is the 1st owner and the order does not cover him..So can he sell it off?

(2)creating third party interest only means cannot sell it off...will renting that property not be a contempt? Does permission need to be taken from judge?

Recovering payment against work done froma pvt ltd. company

Fellow Learned Lawyers,

Would like to ask a question, we had done a construction related work for one of the Pvt. Ltd.company based in Pune. The work is over but they are prolonging its payments due to one or the other reason and finding faults in it. We have mails exchanged with them for work completion, but they are not ready to budge and said blankly they will not give the payment. We would like to seek legal advice for recovering the payment at the earliest. Is there anything in which we can approach District industries commisionarate and complain there or any other ways thru which we can get it. Please do help us out.

Thanks

Query related to multi state co-operative society.

Hello
Dear Sir/Sirs

Good morning.
I am looking after one registered multi state co-operative society ltd. which is for agricultural & marketing.
Present society is for agricultural & marketing and its for haryana, punjab, rajasthan and delhi. There are some little query on this topic. If u will guide or convince those would be supportive and that would be oblige for the same.

ceiling limit to purchase land in these state will be effective for our society?
what are the limits for Haryana, rajasthan, punjab & for delhi?
If any exemption to the co-operative society to purchase land?
If not i mean we will count as a corporate body then we cant purchase in the name of members?

Last and final query is that if the object is defined in this bye laws then is there any provision to amend or add in object ?presently is for agricultural & marketing and we arer willing to add for housing also? if not then we should registerd a new for housing?

There is a request for initiative response from ur side.
Thanks & Regards

Street cricket nuisance????

under what grounds can a neighbour/house owner in a locality object to a group of 8-10 boys playing street cricket?? the following to be noted:

1. there has never been any damage to property

2. the boys play every saturday and sunday between 1630-1800hrs

3. no other resident of the locality has a problem, infact they come to watch..

4. and for what its worth all these boys are well educated :)

there has been a history of bad blood between the residents of the area and that one "problematic neighbor".. nothing violent but they "problematic neighbor" did puncture the tyres of one of our cars parked on the road.. however , we have ignored that..

thanks..
