I have a Civil Suite filled against my landlord for my lease amount. Case has been going on from last 3 years. From last 2 court dates, i see case status getting changed to: 'Advocate for Plaintiff prays time. For Plantiff’s evidence' in eCourt Services App.
Due to COVID situations, there is no free entry to the courts now. Lawyers have to take their clients into the court. For every court date, i have been going to the court premises, but my lawyer is not taking me into the court. To not to take me to the court my lawyer is giving unnecessary excuses. My case status is getting changed to: 'Advocate for Plaintiff prays time. For Plantiff’s evidence'.
Could someone please explain what this status actually mean and suggest if my lawyer is bluffing me joining hands of opposite party. ?
I have an agreement with my sister which is on debt .I am borrowed 8 lakh from her.i need to give back this amount as 6000 EMI. but I couldn't to give this EMI on right time.because ,i am in crisis due to covid19.but sister is pressuring me ,other wise she will approach court.

Sir, I am residing in Chennai Tamilnadu, Thiruvallur district. I am one of a owner having five flats. All four owners co operating In maintenance except one owner who is residing in a 2nd floor. His flat is only single bedroom and other flats are double bedroom.
Every time when we spend money for maintenance and repair he is not sharing his money . Now we are facing septic tank cleaning every week because in my area there is no drainage so every time we are giving Rs 1000 to clear the septic tank and drainage tank.
Now that owner has leased his flat to person also giving money after ten to fifteen days. Every ten days we have to clear both the tanks because overflowing drainage water going to neighbours house and Street. No four flat owners have decided to clear the both underground water to avoid overflowing. Now we have decided ,Every month all must give Rs 1000 rupees for maintenance including total flat area water cleaning. If we have any balance amount in that total money we will keep it for future problems like lighting and plumbing work etc., Now one of the flat owner and his tenant in lease not ready to give the money in one time and every time septic tank cleaning also. Past 6 months we had to clean three times a month now it will be four times to avoid overflowing.
We did not registered our flat. We want to know the legal procedure to take action action on him. Shall we disconnect the water supply ? Can police complaint will solve our problems. Please help us to solve the problem and give us a solution. Thanks.

Zee learn is not paying license fees from Jan 2020 and not vacating the house.siting Covid reason . AS per the contract they are supposed to vacate if license fees for two months in succession is not paid. We have not utilised this clause for vacation in consideration of sympathy.Zee learn is now informing in Jan 2021 they will pay for Feb and March 2020 only and has not paid till this date.The balance payment will be made as school opens.
We are now interested in getting peaceful possession of house along with due license fees and restoration charges . How quickly we can get the possession and balance license fees and which court we have to apply for redressal

Children playing in our flat are always shouting and creating nuisance during playing. Already informed them several times but they and their parents are not listening. Any suggestion to solve this. We have children studying for their exam, employees attending meeting and old people.
We were supposed to allot land in Rajasthan in 1971 as per the agreement between two states but we were not alloted the land asper the agreement as land was a big hill where farming was not possible and till now it is not possible. Since it was the failure and fraudulent activites by the govt of Rajasthan that the land we supposed to get in 1971, we got the land in 2020.
So my question is am i eligible to file a case against the govt of Rajasthan for the compensation for loss of farming for last 49 years. And we have all the documents that proof that govt of Rajasthan broke the agrement and didnt listen to us after contacting them several time

The Hon'ble Calcutta High Court passed a judgement on January wherein inter alia it states that our Corporation(Respondent) have to pay a sum of Rs 60000/- to the Petitioner. This is the only payment which the respondent have to pay to the petitioner. Other claims of the petitioner were denied by the High Court.
My queries are:
Is there any time limit for payment of the Amount of Rs.60000/-. Judgement is silent in this regard.?
Do the Corporation wait till the petitioner apply for a decree for the amount before the Hon'ble High Court or till time limit for appeal against the Judgement expires.?
