Hi All, i want to file a suit for dishonour of cheque that is also 2 times but it has crossed the said time limit, actually we tried to solve it on mutual understanding but failed now can anyone give me solution for this, I have lost Rs. 80000/- paid to owner of a house as a Security Deposit, now he is returning it back....please suggest

hello experts,my brother's wife has filed a false domestic violence case against my brother, father and mother along with 498a and is asking maintenance against that DV act.i wanted to know that can a female member (my mother)can be charged under this case and i also want to know that it is necessary for my mother to attend the court everytime of hearing. if not on what groung she can be exempted from this attendence as she has to go to my sisters place for her delivery for 3-4 months.

Court grant visitation right to mother place , mother hurt father very badly,
Father lodge diary, have doctor report also.Mother went also police station
that she have not hurted,father injured self.
Father submit petition stating all the fact and asked visitation on court premises.
Mother object strongly,Judge give next date.
It is too tough for father to prove that he was hitted actually by mother
beside GD,Medical report ,Two witness (grand father,grand mother) no other prof
is there.
Will father get Visitation on court premise smoothly or unless prove the visitation
at court will not be given ?
After the incident father afraid,and not going to visit the minor

If a case is rejected under section 7 rule 11 in the city civil court. Is a Decree made after rejection?
If the plaintiff wants to appeal against the same in the High court will he have to pay the Court Fees again.
The said suit is in Mumbai

I bought a plot of land and constructed a small house on it in 1998. There is a 9 feet wide (9 x 110 feet)lane provided by the seller between my plot and my three neighbors' houses (plots of land). As per our documents (registration) all of us have equal rights to use this lane. During construction of boundary wall I failed to keep a gate (opening) to use this lane. My three neighbors are objecting its usage by us.
Can I open a gate now? What is my legal status to use this lane again?

I hold property in Gujarat, India. For the purpose of dispute between my family (8 brother and sister in respect of property distribution)i have given power of attorney (registered) to one of my friend because i am currently living at UK.
In such Power i have written one clause that he can sell or transfer this property and delete my name from revenue record. Due to this clause my friend has sell this property to his own father for consideration. Sell was made on registered stamp value of Rs100. while stamp duty should be Rs10 lack as per state law.
What ever money received is not received by me and 4 brother but other family member in dispute has taken all money. After knowing this transaction we have cancel this power of attorney by advertisement in news paper and in registered office where it is register.
Can I sue him for breach of power and can get back our land.
Is there any caselaw of supremecourt or high court.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Please advise me on this. We've a house which was left for rental from my Lt.father. After his death my grandmother(Father's Mom) is collecting rental till now. It is the property of my great grand father who died without making any will. My grandfather also no more. Does law can provide any rights to me to collect the rent as my father did instead of my grandmother?

2.Can a person issue an Affidavit to any person or is it always issued to an Organization or Office or Govt. Organization.

what are the rights of a un-married girl in ancesstral property of her grand mother during her life time.
grand mother has some ancesstral property. the father of girl turned out the girl when she was minor along with her mother. Now the girl atained the age of 18. can she claim her ownership in the property of grnd mother's ancesstral property?

Reg unused idea bill payment
Dear Sir ,
This is Swarup , had Idea post paid in last yr.I used 19 Months Idea Post Paid , in 20 th month i got a bill of Rs 6404/- which is i am not used , i used only Rs 600/- only.My credit limit is Rs 1500/- only.It is happened in December 2011. Same thing i sent mails to Customer care with 7 reminders during 3 months period.Till date i am not get any response from idea people. But today i got call from +911164722463 , these people threatening me to pay the Rs 6404/- + Rs 10,000/- extra.Now any body suggest me what can i do?
