Respected Expert,
In the locality where surrounding residents are Sr.Citizens, there is a gentleman who has in the house(no setback etc. flouted municipal laws) in a adjacent room installed a deity/murti of a God around 4 feet. Now he wants to conduct a jatra/mela every year.He puts pendal 3-4 days before on the road and serves food, bhajans with loudspeakers, beating of dhol etc on the road from 5.30am to up to 11pm. we all neighbors have given objections in writing to appropriate authorities. He wants to conduct every year. Its headache. The no of days may go on increasing. To install idol he has no permission from local body. This room has seperate entrance/door in the same building. He says its my family god infact its not so.He says its social service.
to stop what is the remedy? else it will set a precedence, increasing no. days.He has started publicising in paper by giving news item.

No decision since one year of last hearing

Dear Sir,
In one of a matter in consumer court, last date when the file was reserved for order was 11 May 2012... but since then no order has been pronounced... which was supposed to be against CitiBank.

What are the options available to the Complainant, should he file an RTI, when no proper response is there from the court ?

Chargesheet submitted in prl. civil judge (jr. dn)

Dear Sir,

This is regarding a car accident that we met when we were on our way to coorg from Banaglore on Oct 31st 2012. My husband was driving the car and it was raining very heavily on that day. All of a sudden we saw a two wheeler with a pillion rider crossing the main road and our car banged to it. The pillion rider fell on our bonnet and then fell down. We took him to the near by hospital as he said he has leg pain. We got to know that there was no fracture or any other injury to him.

Our car's bonnet was on one side crushed. We then went to the nearby police station and waited for the other party to show up over there. They did not come till the evening and we had to hurry for a wedding in coorg hence the police said to file an FIR and leave. We did so and left. After that we got our car repired and claimed through our insurance. The insurance was intact.

Yesterday we received a call from someone in maddur and said charge sheet is submitted in Prl. Civil Judge (Jr.Dn) and JMFC Court for Crime no.... and we received the same SMS from Police Computer Wing. My husband needs to appear in the court on Monday. Can you help to let us know what next.

Thanks a lot.

Regards.

Driver's working hrs

I am stuck here with the working hrs. of a driver for foreign expats. As per the rules of the vendor, a driver should not work more than 10 hrs. per day. But the client's requirement is 12 hrs. duty per day. The vendor is ready to provide driver along with the vehicle for 12 hrs., however as per rules he doesn't want to mention it in an agreement.
Kindly help with the query so that we will be able to mention 12 hrs. in an agreement also and it should go against rules of the vendor also.

Regards
Sunita

My client is a married woman.she married in 1980. Her father purchased agricultural lands from his personal earnings. Out of that one land has purchased in the name of his wife i. e. mother of my client. Father of my client died in Jan. 2013 and then my client demanded her Equal share in the agricultural lands from her four brothers and mother but they denied to give her any share in the property of her father which is not Ancestral but purchased by her father from his personal income.
Whether my client can demand her Equal share from the property of his father?
please provide me some guidence regarding that.

Up police harassed mentally

Hi Sir/Mem,
Good Evening...
I want to take your precise advice.I married a girl in Feb 2009. I am from UP and my wife is from Uttranchal. Since then she is living with us in UP.We have got register our marriage. She applied her passport from UP as she is in UP from last 4 years. She has UID card, Resident and caste certificate (issued by District Tehsil) of same address. But we did not give bribe to UP police so they sent wrong report (She is a permanent resident of Uttranchal.) to passport office. We have 6 months old baby and had to visit our PSK (100 km far from home) with baby in sun stroke. I have following questions:
1.Can I lodge a case against the police?
2.If Yes, What action can be taken on him?
3. How can I be benefited as we harassed mentally?
Well, I put a RTI to know the name of both the police man.We do not have any proof of asking bribe but we can ask why they did send a wrong report.
Please suggest us. We are feeling very frustrated in this corrupted system. I want to fight the evil keeping my self in legal boundary.
