Dear All, Can we Avail Injunction from High Court Allahabd in the case when District Court denied to Ex Party Injunction to Tenant of a property and issue a hearing date after 01 month in the presence of Lanlord (opp. Party) Please Help.

Respected Sir,
My brother has married in july 2010. After marriage, my brother came to know that he has some medical problem. His semen report is nill. After sometime he also came to know that his wife has also TB in her uterus and severe thyroid. She vomits regularly. It seems that she cannot concieve the child.
My brother and my bhabhi both are divorcee. Now my bhabhi is blackmailing my brother to transfer the property in her name.
If we file section 11 or 12 of the Hindu marriage act aganist her. Will it be useful for us or we should file Section 10 or section 13. Kindly guide.

Sir, My aunty who is unmarried, staying with us(age 59years) made a will of flat and bank balance in me & my fathers favor.During registration of will she faced one problem, the registration officer demanded a copy of I.D. proof of two witness to be attached to the will document. As one of the witness was out of station, their I.D.proof cannot be attached on the day of registration. As my aunty is old age, registration officer completed my aunty sign, thumb etc.but kept document pending for photo I.D. proof of witness. He kept document without his sign and scanning.After two days one page of two witness was added and a separate registration fee receit for that page was made showing the date after days, while will document when my aunty signed has registration fee receit of that day. Sir, looking at will shows two registration receit, one when my aunty signed document and other receit is of after two day when photo I.D.proof of page of two witness was added.
Sir, my question is whether two reg. receit will create doubt about will, as receit after two days for one page does not clarify for which page the that said receit was made.there is chance that my one my uncle may challenge the will.Please guide

My wife suddennly departed to her parents place along with all her belongings, ornaments and my daughter on 01/04/2013 following an acute wrangle and hot arguments with me on 31/03/2013. She left my house when i had been to office.I have intimated the case to the local police station. i am trying all efforts to get her back. But she is not interested. in the mean time i have sent her money through money order thrice and that she has accepted.i am at a fix about what she is going to do. she is asking for a mutual divorce and asking for 30 lac whereas i am not interested to do the same. i love my daughter like anything. please help me with your valuable advice.

hi experts can anyone tell me that my wife who was working earlier but now has left the job for claiming maintainence in false DV case will be authorised to get maintainace and compensation by doing this and tell me what should i do to fight this situation.

My grandfather and grandmother died recently without making any will. The remaining movable and immovable property is to be distributed between three childs. So kindly tell me will the property be distributed between the three childs equally or in any other proportion. And also who is liable to claim the property and money. Is there is any right of the senior childs to only claim it individually.

In a Property case, there are two legal owners on the right of the property A) landlady B) Her son who is foriegner. After the death of the landlady the rent collector files for the claim of property and applies for change of name in mutation with the tahsildar on the basis of gift deed (forged will) without probate. The tahsildar intentionally knowing all orders for the change of right in favor of rent collector on the basis of will without probate??? beside sec 80 of the ipc is there any section under which the case can be filed against tahsildar and the rent collector?????

Birth certificate
I had applied for my birth certicate in bangalore, but due to non availibility of birth certificate i was directed to get the orders from the first class judicial magistrate to register my birth and issue the certificate for the same. The 6th ACMM court bangalore ordered favoring my plea and the order was given for the same but the problem is spelling mistake in the petition and the local authorities have told me that they will give the certificate as given in the petition and i want to get it corrected, all the experts in the forum kindly advice and do the needful.
