Credit card issue and harrasment

Dear Respected Sir/madam, this is in respect to a credit card issue. I took a HDFC card and somehow I didn’t make the payments for last two years and they were unable to contact me as I changed numbers and house due to some personal reasons. Now they have tracked me. My principal amount is 75000 and after compounding the interest the total amount is now 1.5 lakh. I asked for a settlement and they offered me to pay 42000 which I refused and offered those 15000 which they decline. Now they have started calling me at my work place and harassing me. Now they are threatening me that they will contact my HR. I am willing to do the settlement. I have few questions
Can they contact my HR as they are threatening?
Can they send a legal notice to my work place and what will happen if I don’t accept it as in the guard refuses to accept?

Please guide me

Hc or sc judgements

How can I get a list of HC/SC judgments for a particular topic? For example I am keen on accessing the judgments passed by Delhi HC/SC pertaining to the matters Complainant vs BSES Rajdhani/Yamuna Ltd.
Also can a particular remark, quoted by HC/SC while delivering a judgement, be presented as a precedent in the relevant matters?

Revenue stamps on a bill of lading(b/l)

We are logistic service providers. We are required to put revenue stamps on Bill of Lading. What is the current status of this regulation? Is it still required or has it been replaced with some other system by which one can pay on line of some such method?

An early reply would be highly appreciated.
Warm Regards

Step duaghter's right in property

Dear Sir, My wife is no my FIL's own child, she was born out of wedlock that my MIL was in before marrying my FIL.
My FIL has recently disowned my BIL, there is a property around 60-70L, the mutation and the agreement to sell and the house tax are in the name of my FIL, however the POA is in my MIL's name.
1.Can my MIL or FIL sell the property without the knowledge of each other.
2. Is my wife legally entitled for any share from the money they get from the sale.
