Dear Sir
I am a btech student of cmj university. On 13th september 2013 SC court order is that meghalaya government should take decision regarding the dissolution of cmj university within 3 months that means before 13th december 2013.But till now decision didnt come. Latest news is that The State Government will seek extension of four more months from Supreme Court .From such a news my understanding is that decision will come next year April 2014. I have completed btech and I recieved provisional certificate. My question is that 1) can i do pg in any private university or work in any private firm with this provisional certificate ? 2) will i face any problem regarding validity ?

Dear Sir
With reference to the above, there is a general perception among members who had paid money after registration of flat for car parking allottment, that since the judgement of Supreme Court came only in 2010 and we had paid money in 2006,07,08 and this judgement will not bind us and the same will only bind the NAghool chand case.
As per my view that the case is regarding transaction in 2202 filed in city Civil court Mumbai in 2004 and judgement given by City Civil court in 2006 and appeal judgement of Mumbai High Court in 2008 and finally SC bench judgement in 2010 and hence this is applicable to all the transaction between any builder and any purchaser
Please clarify whether the judgement is applicable for any transaction by builder and residents prior to the same for other building transaction also.

I have case pending with my opposite party Sagayaraj in madurai high court.
Sagayaraj is started with illigally prepared will and district court is rejected his will..

In this case itself, will we move proceed to apply for commision to survey my land?
becasuse my oppsoite party is not co opearte with me to survey the land. I mean what he prepared illigal will survey number is different and my survey number different.
