Dear sir I am a B.Tech student of cmj university.In 13 September 2013 there was q order in SC that meghalaya government should take decision regarding dissolution or any others within 3 months that means before 13 December 2013 Meghalaya Government should take regarding Dissolution.My question is that if government did not take decision before 13 December 2013 what a student can do against it? And what will be happen? is the case going in favour of opponent?

Once can always file contempt petition in the supreme court if its order is not complied with .

If the orders of court are not copmplied with, contempt proceedings may be filed.
