Dear Sir, i have filed summary suit case in mumbai as one person is cheated me for Rs.10 lacs and doesnt not give us our money back.
from the court one person gone for deliverying the summons to that person;s house but they refuse to take the delvery and states that he doesnot live here and doesnt not come here from last 6 months.
Kindly guide me what is the legl procedure to take my money back. Thanks & Regards

i have a query.What is the role of immigration officer at the airport? If someone is a defaulter of a loan from bank especially a cooperative bank then is he allowed to travel abroad or else he will be at a risk of being caught by the immigration officers at the airport?

My grandfather 30 yrs back written will to share one building possessed own to his 5 sons. One of the grandson is claiming his share in property and filed civil suit praying injunction order to stop sale of property. Grandfather expired 28 yrs back. Whether suit is valid. Further grandson is claiming share in his younger brothers housing loan property where housing loan is running in his younger brothers name and repayment made through his salary. Whether the both points are valid?

sir. plaintiff filed an application for permenant injunction and suit for decleration along with. which was rejected by the trial court and in the same suit plaintiff uas filed another injunction application for temperory injunction in the same suit. weather is tenable?

In civil suit plaintiff filed wrong plan and the suit is not in pecuniary jurisdiction when i.a file is dismissed now what is the solution.

When I.A is dismissed in l.c civil I decided to file appeal now should I file stay petition before or after filing of appeal.

the forest division has sent a letter to the enchroacher to remain aloof from the forest land where the party is tilling there by enchroaching upon that land since 15 years... in that situation the party wants to bring the suit for TI and PI then whether a party required to give a notice u/d 80 cpc or not... and which court has jurisdiction to try the suit.... please suggest me the solution.... thanking you...

I m felling very depressed right now plz guide me.
Sir I joined a central goverment job as pharmacist on 22 july 2013 on grade pay of 2400.
Sir before joining I also applied for pharmacist grade 2 with grade pay 2800 during probation and after that 4200.in other goverment organization.
At the time of joing I gave in written that I have applied for the other post too and intimated. In. Written that I may need noc to attend interview if selected.
Sir now they are not giving me noc,saying that u have not applied through proper channel,sir hw could I apply through proper channel,because I was not into job at that time,i applied it before joining current job.now sir the interview is scheduled in few days and and they are threatening me that if u went without permission we will complain at ur interview site after u join there and then u will lose both job.
I prepared for that job a lot and it is in my hometown too.sir plz guide me I have started taking antidepressant pills.plz sir

dear experts,
we are purchased the land in the year 2004 with agreement Of "possessory agreement of sale" which was executed by the land owners which is ancestral propery.we are paid (PART PAYMENT)21 lakhs rupees out of 22 lakhs for sale consideration and we are ready to pay remaining sale consideration one lakhs as they are not accepting the amount.
Q1.can we have any right to file specific performance suit after long time to register the said land in favour of us and receive remaining sale consideration one lakh in the court.
Q2.AFTER LONG TIME WE HAVE ANY RIGHT TO FILE THE SUIT AND ANY LIMITATION PERIOD IS THERE .WE ARE IN THE LIMITATION PERIOD OR NOT?
q3.limitation act ,art 113 is applicable for my case if any limitation citations pls provide sir.
q3.transfer of property act section 53a is useful in this case sir,if any case laws pls provide sir.

Proof of gratituous licensee
My parents and thereafter my brothers B1 and B2 are in possession and residing in a flat in mumbai bought in my name in 1980.
They are living as mere gratituous licensee and not paying me any rent etc. There was no paperwork done and this living arrangement was just for convenience sake.
B1 has now filed a case against me claiming 1/3 right, title and interest in the said flat as it goes in for redevelopment.
What documentary proof do i provide to show that he is residing for last 20+ years only a gratituous licensee?
