Will

Hello Sir,

My grand father(expired 2 years ago) has his own house in his village and has two daughter's, has written WILL for the Younger daughter to take the house.

He has settled some other property to the elder daughter.

Now for name transferring in property tax records of Grand father house to her Younger daughter, is it necessary to obtain Legal heir certificate. (Is WILL and Death certificate alone is enough).

pl clarify.

thanks,
Ram

Cheque bounce case

Hi Respected Sir

I Purchased a New flat in Gated Community.
I have paid all the Amount except The exta work amount which is Around Rs 20,000.

When I went to Clear the balance amount They Said that you have to pay Rs150,000 I Got shocked for the moment later I got to know that.
The Builder has Added Coporus Fund Amount-Rs 65000 and 2 Years Maintaince In advance Rs 65000.

I told them Coporus Amount need to be Paid when the Association is formed and How can you fixed the maintaince amount, its an right of all the owner to Decide the Maintenece Amount.

But They are not ready to hear any thing and said that you give us Two Post dated Cheque. Later what ever the owners will decide that would be the final Maintence Amount and the cheque of maintence would be return to you.

My Query Is
What if without my consent they went for encashing the amount I dont have Rs.
130,000 in my acount It will going to take atleast 7-8 month to accumulate that much amount and they are asking to pay the post dated cheque of April Month.

Please suggest me what shall I do. They are not Giving me Possesion letter/Occupation Letter.

Rti matter in hc

Hi,

I filed for some details in RTI which were denied by CPIO u/s 8(1)(J) of RTI Act.
I went for an appeal and the CIC decided in my favor.
But the CPIO still refused and asked the ministry to file a writ petition in Delhi HC against the CIC order.

My questions:
(1) I can't afford to have a counsel fight the case so what are my options?
(2) Can I send my written arguments? How do I send it? I live very far from Delhi and traveling is not an easy option.
(3) Can I also ask for amicus curie in this case? What are the chances of HC accepting my written arguments for request for amicus curie?

Thanks

I used my credit card to buy laptop for a friend on EMI. Now My friend isn't paying me back. He isn't answering my phone. Also I'm unable to catch him as he's in a different state. Can i file a complaint against him. Or can i at least claim the laptop as it was billed on my name.

Thanks,
Pradeep

Counter claim

If counter claim is not filed by the defendants and the issues are framed. Is it detrimental to the case?
