We are the cultivator of the suit land since 1912 or before as per records. please suggest me that problem can be rectified or not.

Denial of right of way on a 16' wide colony road

We live in a provisionally regularised colony in Delhi. There a row of houses ( 3 in no.) and 3 (vacant plots) side by side to each other. A narrow strip of 'kutcha' road runs along our dwelling units. My dwelling unit is in the middle of the row.We had at our cost built a concrete platform off the ground-level to park our maruti car and the only access and egress we have is to our right where a Company-owned Scorpio is parked which refuses to give us right of way.

In front of our dwelling unit are low-lying vacant plots which becomes slushy and soft during the rains with the danger of our car getting stuck in the soft-mud or overturning when trying to drive from low-lying land to high-land. Is there any legal remedy ? We have informed the Company but no remedy. Please help.

151 CPC

Court has passed ex-parte ad-interim order against respondent and the main case is fixed for service of defendant , now the plaintiff has filed an application for implementing ex-parte injunction order with the help of police U/S151 of CPC whether civil judge has jurisdiction to enforce the ex-parte injunction order before allowing or disallowing the main stay application. The view of various high court are differ any ruling of Supreme Court that ex-parte injunction can not be enforced with the help of police and only absolute interim injunction can be implemented with the help of police. I have read the authority of S.C. now the same is missing from my mind , help me.

To change date of birth

Dear sir,

Namaste. Myself Mr. Pritam P. Thakur. I actually have problem about specifying wrong birth date on leaving certificate. It became wrong in 10th standard leaving certificate and then 12th and now Engineering college office staff told me the college does not have privilidges to change it. They will take it from 12th LC as it is. The problem is serious because i have birth date on my PAN card and UID card as an originalbirth date. I am thinking of changing it from 10th to 12th and in final LC of Engineering, but i would also like to opt for another better solution, i mean, if i can correct it in college(?). Your reply might save me from going to JAIL, however, i have original Birth Certificate. Thank you sir.

Yours sincerely,

Mr. Pritam P. Thakur
